Thank you for sharing so happy and grateful I can now practice in my own time, still having the company of my yoga teacher hear on the mat ☺️🙏💖❤️. I had a busy week at work, not much sleep so such a relief to be able to do this and prioritise my time for me 😍☺️🙏✨💖❤️💜 thank you

Great class - thank you for allowing silence and not speaking thru all the poses. Many teachers do this and it is very distracting for me: Jai Sheree Krishna

I sat agog listening to this talk. It absolutely validated what I have been feeling for sooooo long. I was beginning to lose trust in the acceptance of what is and knowing I was on the right path to a deeper spiritual awakening. This talk had given me so much I can’t put into words. Thank you feels so inadequate 🙏💕

Thank you for your guide. I will try not the mind struggle but the sinking into the belly to let go.

This is very relevant for me. If I turn the phone off completely I sleep longer and deeper. If I leave the phone off at home my creativity begins to expand , brain wakes up! I agree with you also that having it next to you but off isn't enough. Leaving it in another room or I've even started practising leaving it purposefully in my car, has a massively positive impact. Once my brain stops repeatedly looking for the phone, my whole body begins to decompress I've logged out of social media, will visit very very occasionally, if at all. I currently do not miss it. I've been meditating for years and listening to girls and teachers and searching for freedom. A simple and fast way to freedom is detaching from social media, and the phone. We become wired to check for a message, even when all notifications are on, we are still waiting and anticipating some kind of response from the phone. Existing day to day in a anticipatory, flight or fight response, isn't living, it is existing in a trap, a habit, a very unhealthy cycle in our nervous system. Smart phones are smart but humans are out smarted, addicts to a never satisfying piece of technology. The fear of missing out. That keeps the addiction chained too. Life is beautiful on the other side. Free yourself of the chains of brain washing and conditioning. I still continue to listen to podcasts and of course I still use insight timer. But I am not controlled by my phone. I still need reminding so will bookmark this. Thank you for your talk. Namaste.

This was amazing, thank you! I really enjoyed the authenticity and vulnerable honesty about your own experience with insecurity and being in that spiraling headspace from time to time, the talk resonated with me so much after that share. This topic is one I continually cycle back to time and time again, whether to reaffirm the work I am doing on myself or to soften the edges after a difficult experience (still learning!). Thank you again for sharing your time, experience, and wisdom! 🙏

Dearest Laura, to sit in the unknown with no certainty and just be. Right now. Here with the acceptance that I'm ok with my life... I got here! How amazing is that? Namaste 🙏 💖🌸🌟🌈🌞
