Very often, habits are learned patterns linked to stress, relief, and what feels familiar to the nervous system. In this video, you’ll learn why habits can feel automatic, what is happening underneath the urge, and how to create a small pause that opens the door to change. You’ll also be guided toward a more compassionate understanding of yourself and your patterns.
