This is a follow up to my original track. It is slowed down a little more to leave room for repeating affirmations. This is a practice for you to safely manifest abundance with love and good intentions. This meditation includes several positive money affirmations and calls on both the laws of attraction and action.

This is an updated track of a previously released Manifesting Abundance meditation that is much slower and longer.

So if that's what you're looking for,

Then you're in the right place.

Abundance comes in many forms.

It can be love,

Time,

Family,

Freedom,

An overgrowing garden full of raspberries and weeds.

It can also include monetary wealth and many times people tend to shy away from manifesting that particular type of abundance because negative connotations of greed or selfishness and it can turn into a limiting belief.

However,

Wealth itself is not what causes the negative attributes.

The true intentions of you as an individual are what decide how your wealth will be used and what impact it'll have on you and the environment around you.

So this meditation is here to help you understand and believe that it's safe to manifest monetary abundance and wealth in your life.

If you release negative energy related to money and set your intentions in a positive light,

I believe that you can manifest unlimited abundance in your life.

You can use this meditation on a daily basis and be receptive to signs and signals out in the world and continue to take small but consistent action and I think you'll get where you're trying to go.

So,

Pause for a moment and clear out your mind.

Commit to being fully present.

There's nothing to do right now and nowhere to be.

Forget your to-do's and allow yourself to be fully immersed in the present moment.

Get into a comfortable position sitting in a chair or on the floor and close your eyes.

Take a couple of deep breaths.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Notice your toes,

Your feet,

Your legs.

Relax your muscles,

Your ligaments,

And every fiber in each part of your body.

Notice your waist and your back.

Sit tall but comfortably.

Notice your shoulders.

Allow them to fall lower from your ears.

Notice your arms,

Your hands,

And your fingertips.

Notice your neck and your jaw.

Allow your jaw to soften.

Notice your mouth and your eyes and the top of your head and release the tension in your face.

Thoughts may come to mind and that's okay.

Just refocus back to your breath and my voice.

Repeat these affirmations after me either silently or aloud.

I'm aligned with the energy of wealth and abundance.

I am grateful for all that I have.

The more I notice and show gratitude for the abundance I currently have,

The more I'll attract.

Money enables me to do the most good in the world.

I have positive intentions.

I am a magnet.

The energy of abundance flows easily to me.

I am worthy and capable of creating wealth and abundance in my life.

Take a moment for a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Take a moment for a deep breath in and let it out.

I believe you can attract the abundance that you desire while living a gracious,

Intentional,

And purposeful life.

You are capable of the most amazing things with the positive intentions in your soul and the energy of abundance surrounding you.

Start taking small but consistent action with these affirmations as your guide.
