I created this short guided meditation to help you tune into the feeling of abundance.
Begin by taking a few deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
With each inhale,
Breathe in peace.
With each exhale,
Let go of any tension or stress you may be holding onto.
Breathe in the energy of abundance.
Feel this overflowing fullness in you.
Feel confident in yourself and your abilities in creating the life that you want.
Feel the trust you have in you and the universe.
Know that you are supported and taken care of.
Feel safe right here,
Right now.
Visualize yourself in a beautiful garden filled with abundance.
The garden is lush and green,
With tall trees,
Colorful flowers and the gentle stream flowing through it.
As you walk through the garden,
Take notice of the abundance around you.
There are fruits and vegetables growing in abundance and the trees are heavy with ripe fruit.
The stream is teeming with fish and other aquatic life.
Imagine yourself reaching out and plucking a piece of fruit from one of the trees.
As you take a bite,
Feel the sweetness and the richness of the fruit,
Filling you up with abundance and prosperity.
Take a moment to express gratitude for the abundance around you.
Say to yourself,
I am grateful for the abundance in my life and I attract more abundance every day.
As you continue to walk through the garden,
Imagine a beam of golden light shining down on you from above.
This light is filled with positive energy and abundance and it fills you up with a sense of prosperity and well-being.
Visualize yourself looking healthy and happy,
Feeling satisfied with your life.
See yourself being surrounded by abundance in all areas of your life,
Including financial abundance,
Abundance in love and opportunities.
Feel that you have no limitations.
You can be anything and anyone.
You are supported in all your desires and goals.
Who would you be if you didn't limit yourself?
What would it feel like living every day of your life in abundance?
As the meditation comes to an end,
Take a moment to express gratitude for the abundance you have experienced during the meditation.
Feel this overwhelming sensation in your heart.
Appreciate it.
And now slowly bring your awareness back to your body.
Wiggle your toes and fingers if you like.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Your surroundings may look the same,
But your body,
Your energy has changed.
You vibrate at a higher frequency.
Welcome to your new abundant reality.
Remember to carry the feeling of abundance with you throughout your day.
And continue to express gratitude for even the smallest things.
Learning to appreciate will bring greater reward.
