So I set the intention with your consciousness,
Your higher self,
And the universal energy that we're now guided to clear,
Cleanse,
And heal that smudge of judgment,
Judgment of the current,
Judgment in the now,
So that your light that's radiating so beautifully may begin to show through your voice,
Through your throat,
Through the way you ask,
Through the way you position,
And through the way everyone sees your magnetic personality.
With that intention,
Take a slow deep breath in now,
And as you exhale,
Allow your physical body to completely melt away into your chair.
Take a gentle breath in again,
And as you exhale,
Let your shoulders droop,
Releasing any tightness,
Any restriction in this moment.
Take a gentle inhale again,
And as you exhale,
Shut down your eyes further,
Deeper,
Closing out the noise from the outside.
Calm down the muscles around your face,
Your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Your chin.
I'm now going to count you back from 10 to 1,
And as I count you backwards,
I'd like you to imagine that you're walking down a flight of stairs 10,

Deeper and deeper,

Deeper and deeper,

2,
And 1.
I'd like you to imagine that you are on this very beautiful yacht.
It's one of a kind,
And in this yacht,
You're in the middle of the most gorgeous sea,
The bluey green water,
The soft breeze in the air,
No noise,
Only the sound of the waves,
The music playing in your yacht,
And as you're sitting at the deck,
Probably taking a little bit of the sun,
Enjoying the fruits of your work,
The fruits of your healthy body,
You notice besides you a very nice oversized white shirt.
You walk up to that shirt,
And in that clear white,
Crisp white,
You notice a blotch of paint,
A blotch of ink actually,
And you begin to look deeper at that ink spot is just one tiny drop,
But as it stays on that shirt,
It begins to cover more and more layers of thread,
Now taking space of a palm size,
Space on the shirt,
And as you look at that shirt,
You realize that that is how judgment is.
It's just a spot,
A very gentle spot that why am I not there?
What am I not doing enough that I'm living the fullest of my potential?
You realize that sometimes these beautiful questions that are supposed to lead us into the next best version leaves a residual judgment.
So allow your mind to begin to zoom in on that spot on that shirt,
And take you to that moment when you,
Under the sun,
And take you to that moment when you unconsciously allowed someone or gave yourself permission to judge yourself.
Let your mind go into that spot of ink as if you were going through a portal in time,
And observe when was that moment,
Was it when you were watching a documentary,
Was it when you were watching the TV,
Was it when you were watching an interview,
Or was it in part of a conversation that was meant to motivate and inspire you,
But your consciousness picked it up as I'm not good enough right now.
Allow your mind to bring that memory to the surface,
And as that memory shows up,
I'd like you to imagine that you had a magical white chalk.
The chalk that absorbs the extra ink,
That absorbs the smudge,
And you begin to put that chalk all over the spot,
Clearing out the energy that your mind and your consciousness picked up,
Clearing out the impression that it created of not being enough at this moment,
And as you begin to do that,
You notice that that blue ink begins to fade.
One thread at a time,
It begins to slowly vanish,
And as you completely rub that white chalk upon it,
Clearing the energy of the inspiration,
The motivation,
The subtle judgment that you've unconsciously picked up,
You notice that that blue spot just erases,
But there is a slight hue of the color.
It's not the same radiant white.
I want you now to imagine yourself wearing that white shirt,
And on your beautiful yacht,
You step into the jacuzzi,
The beautiful warm water.
You step in with your swimming costume and your oversized shirt,
And as you step,
Your entire body right up to your neck,
Under your feet,
Your neck under the jacuzzi,
The warmth of that water,
Your permission,
Your intention begin to clear out the remaining residual energy of judgment.
You notice how it lifts off the shirt,
And at the same time,
It lifts off your heart.
The bubbles from the jacuzzi keep clearing,
Keep clearing,
Keep clearing,
That it just removes that spot,
That mark,
That it has no effect on you from this moment onwards.
Take a deep breath and as you exhale,
You notice how the water now is just clean,
The shirt,
The mark is cleared off,
And now you bring your attention to your heart chakra.
Observing it with your zoom eye lenses,
That if you could see your heart and you would zoom straight into it,
You no longer see that smudge of judgment,
The warm clear water,
The warmth of love,
Love for self,
Love for acceptance of us at this very moment,
That releases and heals the judgment.
So when you zoom into your heart,
You just notice this beautiful,
Absolutely gorgeous white light shining from your heart.
And as it keeps shining,
It touches your throat chakra and onto the throat chakra,
It creates a very beautiful,
It creates a filter,
A filter of power that every word you speak,
Even if it's a high guise,
It touches the ears and the soul of the people that you are meant to serve.
Look at how the light from your heart,
Your soul,
Your essence begins to get brighter and brighter,
Bigger and bigger,
That now it goes past your throat chakra,
Touches your third eye,
That your focus,
That your power that is already within you is activated with this light from your heart.
That you step into your leadership,
You step into your soul role with such ease,
With such charm,
And yet it comes off at this innate power within you.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let that light expand even bigger,
That now it opens up the lid on your crown,
Reminding you that your voice is not only to inspire,
But also to ask.
So you ask the universe,
Whatever you have in mind,
I'm going to give you a moment to set that order with the universe.
What are you asking right now?
Take a deep breath in.
And at the end of your ask,
You always add this or something better only.
And now you notice that light from your heart begins to expand and touch your solar plexus,
So that whatever work you do,
You can do it when you go kayaking,
When you go jogging,
When you just sit and think your energy radiates to the people that you're here to serve.
That you don't need to be stuck at a table to do your heart's work,
To do your soul's work.
It's happening because you exist.
It's radiating and being received by everybody.
Look at that light further going down into your sacral chakra,
Reminding you that playfulness energy,
That laughter,
That magnetism that just pulls the people to want to know,
To want to learn,
To want to be healed by your wisdom.
Allow the light to flow through your soul.
Allow the light to further expand so that it now goes to your root chakra and stands there like the sun.
So your energy gravitates towards what you want,
You,
The physical,
You,
The soul,
And you,
The universe.
That your body gravitates to these versions of you,
While you create the beautiful next version too.
Take a deep breath in once again.
And as you do that,
Wrap yourself around in this light that is coming from your heart.
Bring your attention back to that yacht.
And as you stand in this power on your yacht,
You notice the waves.
How the waves begin to flow through your soul.
How the waves begin to flow in the direction of your choice.
Taking your yacht to the direction that you want to go and what is best for you.
And just like that,
From this moment onwards in your power of soul,
Body,
Intention,
And the power that you are a part of the universe that changes consciousness,
You write just like a queen.
Take a gentle breath in.
And as you exhale,
Begin to bring your attention back from the yacht,
Coming back to your room,
To your chair,
To your bed,
Wherever you're sitting.
And then whenever you're ready,
Can gently open your eyes.
