Hello.
Get yourself comfortable in the water.
The water is so warm and inviting.
It's lukewarm.
And once you're comfortable,
Just focus on the breath.
Observe how the body breathes.
Breathing in the breath of life.
And you can begin to relax deeper.
For in this moment,
You can just bring your mind to just watch yourself.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Observing your breathing.
So it's almost as if every breath brings you comfort,
Peace and relaxation.
And you're just exhaling any tension.
That's right.
And any tightness.
Anything you need to release,
You can release it now.
You can allow it to happen.
In your own way and time.
And so you're breathing in that sense of comfort and relaxation.
Feeling it moving through the body.
And that enables you to drift,
To float and relax deeper and deeper in the float tank.
And this feels absolutely wonderful.
And as you do this now,
Your mind and body just begin to relax.
So just let that breathing return to normal now.
And as it returns to that normal,
Relaxed pace.
You can just let that breath take a backseat.
You can just allow that breath to sit in the background.
And as that breath just takes a backseat now,
We can invite that busy conscious mind to also take a backseat as well.
And as that happens,
It just allows for the real authentic inner you to step forward and allow this journey of peace of mind to happen today.
You do go deeper.
You're resting so calmly in the water.
And the water is warm.
The water is so soothing.
And even now,
You might begin to anticipate what it might feel like to relax very deeply as you listen to my words.
And my words just float around you.
They can even drift off into the distance on a white fluffy cloud.
The water so calm and relaxing.
It's all around you,
Bringing you soothing relaxation to the mind,
Body and spirit.
And the mind becomes so quiet and still.
This wonderful relaxation fills your body with serenity and calm.
So with each breath that you take,
You can feel,
Hear and anticipate how my words drift and float around and over you.
And even now,
There is a part of you that will begin to relax more deeply first.
I'm curious what it is about that part of you that really is so relaxed.
Perhaps it feels warm.
Or maybe it's a wonderful tingling sensation as your muscles,
As your cells and organs relax so deeply now.
As you rest so peacefully now.
It is as if all of your worries,
All of your troubles,
All of your frustrations have just floated away.
As if the water itself absorbed it all and took it away.
Pulling it from those cells,
Extracting the trapped emotions within the muscles and giving you peace of mind.
A peaceful,
Quiet,
Serene mind.
You can notice how even the spaces in between your cells really have begun to relax.
Get a sense of that now.
This wonderful,
Calm,
Peaceful feeling.
A peaceful mind.
A peaceful body.
And maybe you even notice how this deep,
Profound feeling of peace begins to spread and ripple out through your body now.
It's so comforting and warm.
And as it ripples out,
Vibrates out from the core of you,
You begin to feel this deep inner sense of calm and peace.
It's almost like a soft,
Comforting blanket of warmth.
Covering you with a deep inner calm and tranquility.
So just take this moment to notice this calm and profound sense of inner peace and feel this relaxation,
This profound peace moving,
Shifting and traveling through every muscle and cell of your divine body now.
And even now,
Each muscle and cell can choose to surrender and go even more deeper down into this place of profound inner peace.
Or it can happen in a few moments.
Only you know what's best for you.
As you rest so deeply,
So calmly,
It cradles your body.
It's at peace and all is well.
Are at peace with life.
And even now,
You just float,
Safe and secure,
Knowing that if at any time the body twitches,
That's okay.
That's normal in fact.
Your body is releasing the trapped,
Stored energy within those muscles and cells.
And so you can settle into it,
Watching what feelings arise.
And if you feel any tension or tightness,
Just let it be there.
Let the mind be quiet and still.
Let the mind release the resistance.
And if there's any fear accumulated within the body,
You can let it go now.
No longer clinging.
No longer suffering.
Just notice whatever feelings arise within the body.
Begin to soften all the physical and mental discomfort.
Let your skin begin to soften around any discomfort.
To begin to soften all around any tightness within the body.
And you can even let the fist of resistance and fear,
Which closes down around the unpleasantness,
To slowly begin to open now.
Feeling the tension floating away as you let go of the rigid holding of unwanted sensations.
Floating and letting go into this space,
This place of inner peace.
Releasing the hold of the pain that can grip the mind and fill it with anger.
Just letting yourself float in awareness.
Instead of being trapped hard within the body.
Allow each sensation to arise and float away.
Moment to moment.
Moment to moment.
Softening the walls.
Moment to moment.
And feeling each particular sensation.
And release.
As you feel this peace of mind.
Aware of your soft sweet spirit.
The muscles soften as you float.
And you just drift into this place of mercy and loving kindness for yourself.
As the fears float away.
As the anger floats away.
As the failures dissolve away.
Each moment we begin anew.
Softening the heart.
Quieting the mind.
It's so peaceful.
There's even a subtle shift deep within you.
The whole body softens once again.
Softening to the very center of each sensation.
And feeling.
Connecting to your heart.
And allowing mercy and forgiveness to enter your heart now.
Giving you peace of mind.
As you move so gently into this gift of healing.
Releasing so much frustration.
Letting go.
The fears,
The doubts,
The helplessness.
And just staying centered.
In this profound place of peace.
Observing what is.
And letting it all float away.
As the ligaments soften.
As all the tissues soften.
In each sensation.
And allowing each sensation to float.
Float freely.
In this softness.
In this warmth.
In this moment.
We call now.
Having mercy and kindness towards yourself.
Having mercy and kindness for this moment.
And being open to all the sensations.
For there's nothing to push away.
You just float.
Edgeless.
Limitless.
And free.
As the mental fist opens.
And you feel that release of mental tension.
Feel the spaciousness increasing.
The judgment softening within the mind.
Your body softening.
To receive this moment just as it is.
Moment to moment softening.
All around you.
Such peace of mind.
A deep softening of the tissues.
A soothing softening of your muscles.
Softening each moment.
As an experience arises within your body.
Softening so deeply.
To the very center of each and every cell.
And this peace of mind goes so deep.
That call,
That echo goes deep into the marrow of your bones.
Sending mercy and loving kindness deep within you.
Filling this space with such peaceful energy.
Gently embracing this truth now.
Letting go of discomfort.
Simply letting your mind float in your heart.
Receiving this moment we call now with an open heart.
Receiving such peace within each moment.
And each breath that you take.
The whole of you softening.
The body resting,
Renewing and repairing now.
It feels so good.
This vast open spaciousness.
Even the mind is so open.
Vast and spacious now.
Floating in space for a moment.
Vanishing.
Into this place of deep and profound inner peace and enlightenment.
With total trust.
Trust in yourself.
Trust in this process.
Trust in me.
As the old mind dissolves in this new found soft clarity.
You are free.
You are floating free.
Sense the vastness of awareness and peace of mind.
Sense the space in which you just float.
So freely.
In this boundaryless space.
And you can stay here.
Becoming one with this place of peace.
Simply floating.
Allowing any sensations,
Thoughts or experiences to just float away.
For you are beyond definition.
You are limitless and free.
You are the perfection of peace.
