What if falling asleep wasn't something you had to work so hard to do? Sweet Dreams, Beautiful is a gentle 7-night journey designed to help you change your relationship with sleep—not by giving you more bedtime rules to follow, but by helping you soften, let go, and trust your body's natural ability to rest. Each night combines a short, intimate teaching with a guided sleep meditation to help you release a different layer of what may be keeping you awake. You'll practice leaving the day behind, allowing thoughts to pass without following them, listening to your body's wisdom, feeling safe enough to soften, resting in stillness, and ultimately surrendering into sleep. Along the way, you'll discover a quieter approach to rest: one rooted in allowing rather than forcing, listening rather than controlling, and trusting rather than trying. Come to bed exactly as you are. Nothing to perfect. Nothing to accomplish. Just seven nights of learning how to let go. Sweet dreams, beautiful. Katie

Katie Krimitsos can remember the frustration and exhaustion of sleepless nights from her childhood. These nights followed her into adulthood, so when she had the chance to create sleep meditations for herself and others that worked, she was hooked. Katie understands that all of us have thoughts, emotions, and habits that are keeping us from getting the deep rest we need, so she's created this special course to help us connect with ourselves and our mind and body's natural ability to surrender to deep sleep. Katie is a mother of two little girls, the creator of the Women's Meditation Network and lives with her Greek soul mate on their farm in Florida.
