Hello my dear friend.
My name is Kalyani.
And I want to invite you into the sacred space of transformation.
Please take a moment to allow your breath.
To just naturally begin to slow down.
As you allow your eyes to explore your room.
Noticing different colors and textures If you're sitting up,
Gaze over your right shoulder.
Noticing how far behind you can you see.
If you're laying down,
Simply take your eyes as far to the right as you can.
And then slowly turn to look over the left side.
Noticing any doors or windows.
Any furniture or wall hangings.
Simply becoming aware of the space around you in this moment.
Then begin to explore the ceiling above you.
Feel it protecting you from the outside world.
Gaze down to the floor.
And feel the support beneath you.
Choosing to accept the support being offered.
There is no need to be the tower of strength.
Holding up all those around you.
This is your time.
Please give yourself the gift of your total awareness.
For this short time we have together.
Now either soften your gaze down.
Or if you feel comfortable,
Allow your eyes to close gently.
Inviting your eyes to rest.
Outer vision resting completely.
As we awaken our internal sight.
Eyes growing heavy.
Cheeks softening.
Take a moment to fake a yawn.
And perhaps it turns into a real one.
And then allow the mouth to close gently.
As you create space between the upper and lower teeth.
The mouth releases any tightness.
As you explore all lingering tastes on your tongue.
You Invite your ears to explore the space around you.
Moving from one sound to the next.
As you feel your ears hearing.
Notice the weight of your clothes on your body.
And the blanket creating a warm and cozy embrace.
Allow your breath to settle even more.
Growing slow and steady.
And become curious about your breath.
Following each breath inward with your awareness.
Feel it in your nose,
All the way down to your belly.
Fully engaging with each and every breath.
Moving deeper and deeper.
As we sink below the analyzing mind.
Melting into the present moment with ease.
Trusting your body to maintain this steady.
EASY a rhythm of breath.
This meditation is designed to assist you.
In transforming the old belief.
That you are not good enough.
That is such a heavy burden to carry.
Unfortunately,
It is an incredibly common feeling.
Many of us carry this harmful core belief.
So you are not alone in this experience.
Somehow past criticisms got locked deep within.
And we started to believe them.
We may find that we compare our behind-the-scenes life to the highlight reels of others.
But comparison is the thief of joy.
So let that go.
The belief that I am not good enough.
Changes the way we see the world around us.
So working together,
We will transform that into,
I am good enough.
It is important to realize that this mental narrative That nagging voice that tells us we are not good enough is not truth.
But it feels so big and so heavy and scary.
Because no one taught us what to do with these thoughts.
So we box them up.
And we store them away within the tissues of our body.
We may be afraid that if we open up this box.
.
.
We may not be able to handle what we find within.
But the truth is,
When we open it up with loving support and understanding,
We can break it down into small pieces.
That are so much easier to handle.
The longer we carry these negative beliefs,
The heavier they become.
So this is your opportunity to set it all down.
To set yourself free.
First,
We need to bring our body into a feeling of being completely supported and held.
Inviting our mind to clear.
Not an instant erasing of thoughts.
But rather a gradual release.
Peeling back one layer at a time.
We are in no hurry.
Just imagine closing down the endless mental tabs left open one at a time.
Allowing anxieties to dissolve a feeling of comfortably melting.
Deeper and deeper within.
Until just a vast,
Quiet space remains.
A deliberate shift from static to smooth.
As all of the chaotic noise of the day.
Gently settles into the background.
Imagine unplugging a buzzing neon sign.
Suddenly,
When the power was cut,
You realize just how loud it truly was.
That chaotic chorus of inner critics.
Self-doubt.
And a mountain of obligations.
All fade into a soft and steady hum.
It doesn't disappear completely.
But it softens into the background.
No longer demanding all of your attention.
Begin this process with me.
By scanning your body.
From the top of your head.
All the way down to your feet.
Noticing without judgment any areas of tightness or tension.
Observing any emotions you discover hiding out within awakening genuine childlike curiosity There's no need to drift off into the old story.
Simple awareness.
As if we are collecting data.
As if we are internal researchers.
Noticing sensations.
Without needing to label anything as good or bad.
Now together,
We will begin to untangle anything we discovered hiding out within.
Like untying a stubborn knot.
With a few cleansing breaths.
Loosening the grip of anxiety.
No need to control the narrative anymore.
Just for today.
We will imagine as we inhale through the nose,
We can gather that tightness and tension.
And as we exhale through the mouth with a sigh.
We invite them to soften.
Inhaling gather any negative emotions and exhaling,
Let them go.
Finally,
Inhaling through your nose,
Gather any old beliefs that no longer serve you and release them to be transformed.
As you focus on the rhythm of your relaxed breath.
Notice that the intrusive thoughts begin to loosen their urgency.
Please allow my voice to bring you comfort and support.
Like a loving friend.
And a trusted guide.
Reminding you that you are not alone and reminding you to savor the moments of stillness.
Where you drift into the vast openness of your awareness Notice as the inner chatter subsides,
The mind begins to transform.
What once felt like cramped,
Cluttered space opens up into an expansive,
Silent landscape.
Begin to sense the space all around you.
You as if you woke up early,
Before the rest of the world stirs.
Embracing and savoring that feeling.
Like you have it all to yourself.
There are no demands on you here.
Nothing more you have to do.
And nowhere else you need to be other than right here.
Right now.
Breathing in the fresh,
Crisp morning air.
Full of possibilities.
Profound sense of lightness and openness.
Observe that in this stillness You are no longer second-guessing the past.
You are no longer stressing over the future.
You are entirely anchored in the present moment.
The mind becomes clear like a still lake reflecting the passing clouds of thought above receptive.
Open.
And ready to accept fresh new perspectives.
Deep focus.
An untethered imagination.
As you give yourself permission.
To explore the limitless possibilities before you.
This clarity of mind will help you to see yourself.
In a better light.
Set the intention to start building belief in yourself.
To start growing your self-confidence and self-worth.
As we journey deeper and deeper within.
Begin to acknowledge your wins from today.
The awareness of each small victory.
Will help us to end cycles and patterns of shame.
Supporting you as you become more compassionate and understanding with yourself.
Validating and encouraging yourself.
Just as you would a friend or a loved one.
Gently.
And lovingly reminding yourself to be more kind.
To be more fair.
When speaking about yourself.
Even if it is only in your mind.
Choosing in this moment to reframe that negative voice within.
When you catch it saying,
I am not good enough.
Gently correct it too.
I am doing the best I can.
And I am worthy of growth and belonging.
Or if it feels better to you.
Say,
I am still learning.
And that's okay.
Begin to see the side of you that accomplishes great things.
The version of you that has overcome so much.
Connecting deeper to the true essence of who you are.
Unraveling each layer that has been holding you back.
Feel each breath like a wave.
The ocean inhales.
A glassy,
Emerald swell draws back from the shore.
Pulling with it old beliefs.
Old thoughts into its churning undertow.
Then there's a brief moment of stillness.
For a suspended heartbeat after the water retreats?
The crest curls upon itself.
A tight muscular coil of liquid glass.
Erupting in a roaring release of white foam.
Crashing violently into the shoreline.
All illusions and false beliefs shatter upon the shore.
Maya no more.
Illusions destroyed.
The body relaxes with that surrender.
As you sink deeper and deeper within.
Feeling safe enough to really let go.
Moving inward.
Within this space,
A new belief can form a new operating system.
The lens through which we perceive the world around us has been wiped clean.
No longer blocked.
No more resistance.
The prana flows effortlessly in and out.
Allow your breath to take you away.
Begin to bring your awareness to acknowledging all of the winds from today.
Big or small.
Every win matters.
From simply waking up to your first alarm.
Accepting the gift of another day.
The breath filling your lungs.
A success at work.
A moment where you were able to help a friend.
Perhaps you spoke up for yourself in a more positive way.
Maintaining healthy boundaries.
As you think of all these little moments.
What emotions rise to the surface?
Is there a sense of accomplishment?
Personal pride Can you give yourself credit for these moments of success?
Where do you feel these emotions in your body?
Do you feel them in your chest?
Your shoulders or head What sensations do you discover?
Do you feel hopeful?
Expansive.
As you acknowledge the unlimited possibilities laid out before you.
Do you feel a sense of certainty?
That every little step every little wind.
Brings you one step closer to realizing your dreams.
One step closer to feeling successful.
To feeling like you truly are enough.
Then think about a big win.
A moment where you felt courageous.
Not allowing fear to stop you from moving forward.
A memory of feeling really proud of yourself.
Soak in that memory as if it is happening right now.
A warm steady glow of validation.
The sudden release of tension from your shoulders as a silent inward smile whispers.
I did this.
I made this happen.
Savor your success.
Your feeling of accomplishment.
You did that.
Quiet pride.
That you push past doubts.
And late night exhaustion.
To uncover real proof.
Undeniable.
Of your own capability.
You didn't need the applause of the crowd.
The self-pride was enough to make your spirit soar.
A sigh of strength.
Perseverance rewarded.
Resilience empowered.
It was not easy.
You faced your share of challenges and obstacles.
But you are able to overcome every roadblock.
You are able to learn the lesson and grow stronger.
From this place of accomplishment.
I invite you to imagine a whole new you.
A version of you that is confident and strong.
A you that builds you up with positive,
Encouraging self-talk.
This you believes in your potential.
Believes in your limitless possibilities.
Fully self-aware.
That inner voice is now your greatest fan.
Your greatest cheerleader.
Filling you up with love Compassion.
And understanding.
And even when you find yourself in the messy middle.
This voice encourages you to keep moving forward.
Moving through the challenges and obstacles of your life with grace.
Feeling and accepting your worthiness.
Imagine how it will feel.
When that inner voice is more kind and gentle.
Who will you become as you build your self-worth?
How will it feel to fully trust your inner guidance?
To fully trust yourself.
And your ability to succeed.
Ask yourself,
What steps can I take to be kinder to myself?
To be more encouraging.
To show up fully for myself.
Make a commitment right here and right now.
That when you look in the mirror,
Each and every time.
That inner voice will only speak words you would use with a loved one.
Words of support and love.
You deserve to feel encouraged and supported.
There is nothing for you to change.
You are already good enough.
You were always good enough.
You just had to believe.
Allow that truth to sink into your bones.
Believe it.
Breathe it into every cell of your body.
I am enough.
I am good enough,
Just as I am right now.
I am enough.
I am good enough just as I am right now.
I am enough.
I truly am good enough.
Just as I am right now.
I see you,
My friend.
Standing fully in your power.
You are enough.
You are good enough,
Just as you are right now.
