Higher-Self Meditation Extended

This is a visualization meditation to connect you to your higher or older self. This is an extended version of the short 7-minute version I also have in my catalog. This experience will connect you to your own innate knowing, to the wisdom that always resides within you, but perhaps may be buried by the busyness of your mind.

I do this practice with my breathwork clients after they breathe when they are feeling scattered or unclear. You might like to combine this practice with the 'Breathe & Receive' Meditation.
