So whatever you've experienced throughout today,
Whether it's been a bit of a challenge or a game to play,
Now is the time that you dedicate towards yourself,
Knowing that everything thus far has happened for you,
Never to you,
And setting the intentions to continue,
To focus and align to your highest vibrational frequency and timeline accordingly.
So as you go ahead and take a deep and mindful breath,
Breathing in through your nose and back out through your mouth,
Breathing in and watching as you accept into you that beautiful pranic life force energy,
As you watch a pillar,
A column of gold and white light enter through the crown of your head from the heavens above,
And notice and feel how that beautiful gold and white light fills your entire being,
As it animates you and gifts you this entire experience.
Breathing that pranic life force energy in from the heavens above,
As you accept it into you,
As it enters you and fills you,
Connecting from your head to your toes,
The heavens above and the earth below.
And as you breathe in,
Breathing in to your belly,
Feeling more centred,
More connected to this present moment,
And more surrendering,
Surrendering to the will of the divine,
Knowing that it all happens in the right time,
Perfect and divine.
And as you release,
Surrendering that breath back to the universe from whence it came,
Go ahead and let go of anything and everything that is no longer serving along with the breath.
So every breath that you accept,
Watching as it enters you and exits you,
Bringing in that beautiful gold and white light and healing pranic life force energy,
Pausing for a moment if you like,
And then releasing,
Surrendering,
Along with a vocal sigh,
Letting go of everything and anything which is no longer serving.
And as you continue to breathe,

Effortlessly,

Subconsciously,
Go ahead and bring your conscious awareness to your physical body,
Scanning as that beautiful pranic life force energy enters through the crown of your head,
Scan your attention across your head,
Your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your upper back,
Your lower back,
Your chest,
Your ribs,
Your abdomen,
Your stomach,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Shining that light of attention upon the entirety of your upper body and any area that feels tight or heavy,
Just resting there and picturing,
Visualizing as though your light of attention,
Being the mighty sun,
Melts away any area that is restrictive in relation to a piece of ice melting and returning back to the body of water that it is floating within.
And continuing as that breath enters and exits you to scan down the rest of your physical body,
Your hips,
Your lower back,
Your buttocks,
Your thighs,
Down the fronts and the backs of your upper legs,
Across your knees,
Your shins,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet,
Down to each toe individually,
Wiggling them and noticing a conscious connection to each of your toes individually and then wondering when was the last time that you consciously paid attention to your toes without perhaps them being in pain.
Focusing towards the soles of your feet,
Bringing to mind the earth that supports us and nourishes us in day and night as we are awake and asleep.
And just allow as any and all feelings of tension or restriction dissolve and settle down.
And as you bring to mind your physical body and the soul that resides in and outside,
Knowing that you are a soul having a human experience,
The universe in completion experiencing itself in separation.
So as you bring to mind that visualization and energetic embodiment of the version of the world that you know resides inside,
As you hold within your mind's eye the imagery and embody the frequency of that which you desire,
That which you are bringing into creation through your focus,
Energetic investment and power of manifestation,
You being the creator of your own reality,
The change that you wish to see and how far you have come.
How proud I am of you,
Basking in your glory.
I know that it has not been the easiest of journeys at times,
Yet you remain true to your heart,
Overriding at times your mind.
As you know that the mind can whisper seeds of doubt and try to plant them,
And get them to sprout.
Yet you,
Yes you,
You continue to focus upon and be the solution as opposed to the problem,
To feed into,
To water and to grow the flowers in the garden.
Your smile is healing and captivating,
Your eyes sparkle like diamonds and remind,
Remind each and every person that has the honour to look deeply into them,
That they are loved,
They are seen,
Heard and appreciated beyond words.
And that truth is one that I would like to echo back to you.

So that whilst you sleep,

In clock time that is,
