Beautiful, As you lie here, Ready to start your day, Breathe, Breathe in deep, Ears gently closed, Still in the realm of sleep and sleepiness, Nothing will disturb you, Just breathe, Begin to breathe into the heart space, Feel your heart, Breathe, Feel the energy around the heart space, Tingling, Warmth, Sensation, The most magical sensations, And imagining the pink heart expanding, Expansion, And once you've begun to circulate and energise the heart space, It swirls out, Swirls back in, And in, Swirling out, And out, Swirls back in, And in, Swirling out, And out, Expanding, Contracting with your own, I'd like you to descend now, A shaft of pink light down, Descending down from your body, Shooting through the centre of the earth down to its very core, Down to the heart and mother earth, Connecting to mother earth and the core of the planet, Connecting, Swirling, Swirling out, Out, Your heart beats connected to mother earth, In and out, The swirling, The swirling of your own heart, The energy of your own heart expanding, Swirling out, And in, The energy of the core of the planet, Swirling out, Out, And in, And from the centre of mother earth, We're going to take an energetic line all the way to the power of our universe, To the sun, And we connect with the sun and its magnetic magnificence, And inside the black hole, It magnifies everything, Draws everything, Magnifies everything towards her, Now we're connected, Connected to the sun and her immense power, And we're swirling with the sun, Swirling in, In, Spinning in, Swirling in power and magnetism, Breathing in, And that energy expands beyond the sun to our galaxy, Expanding out like a ripple, Energetic ripple, Off into the universe, Out, Past planets, Past systems, Past stars and galaxies, And further and further out, Quieter, Into the recesses of space, Past asteroids and planets, Past black hole, And the bounty, The vibrations, The coldness, The stillness, And the sound, As we whisper stars, Colours, And sensing energy, As far as we can go, Now we are connected, Connected to our source, Our source, Ecstasy of love, From our heart to the core of our planet, The core of our planet to the sun, And the sun out into the universe, And the multiverse, And to source, Source, A never ending infinite love, Never ending infinite ecstasy love, We are one, We are one, Connect now, Travelling back, Back, Back, Back, Back, Back into the heart space, That's good, Energized, Completely ready, Connected as one in this world for the day.
