Woodland Stream with Guitar & Drums

One of the ways I meditate is by playing the guitar, letting go of my conscious mind in an attempt to be an open channel. I let my fingers go where they will, and allow the sounds to come through. This is a recording of one such 37 minute guitar mediation over sounds of a woodland stream, birds, drums, a drone, and binural beats. I hope you find it serves you in your journey.
