Night Sounds with Guitar, Binaural Beats & Drone

One of the ways I meditate is by playing the guitar, letting go of my conscious mind in an attempt to be an open channel. I let my fingers go where they will, and allow the sounds to come through. This is a recording of one such 10-minute guitar meditation over sounds of crickets, a drone, and binaural beats. I hope you find it serves you in your journey.

I heard music centrally in my head, and different music in my left ear harmonizing with the head music. Pretty cool but my right ear felt left out. 😄
