Explore MeditationJordan is a yoga and meditation teacher, writer, and vocalist currently based in Florida where she enjoys the sunshine, flowery gardens, and sparkly ocean. She began practicing and teaching yoga in 2013, receiving her RYT 200 hr Yoga Alliance registration in 2017. She has trained and studied with yoga and meditation teachers in various lineages, and spent time meditating and working with the Shambhala community at their European land center (Dechen Choling) in Mas Marvent, France. Over the course of her life, Jordan has navigated tricky mental health symptoms and nervous system sensitivities, healing with the help of therapists who employ somatic and body-based therapies. This has given her more depth, compassion, and insight for the challenges faced by anxiety and depression sufferers. Through the years, Insight Timer meditations have provided centering solace to her, and she is grateful for the opportunity to extend that companionship to others.
