Embody Your Pleasure

With Jordana Reim

You'll begin to get in touch with what brings you pleasure and set an intention to bring more pleasure into your every day life. This course focuses on mindful presence as the path to pleasure. You'll use basic mindfulness principals such as awareness to breath, body and sensations to explore what is pleasure for you. You'll use the breath to bring you into a calming state that is receptive for pleasure and you'll use the breath to support pleasure's expansion in your being. Finally, you'll have prompts to reflect upon your pleasure, your desires and how you can activate pleasure in your every day life. Ultimately this is a course that teaches you self love through allowing your life to be a pleasure and to enjoy each moment.


Meet your Teacher

Jordana is a meditation and spiritual guide and the co-founder of the mindfulness platform Peace Inside.  A recovering "type-A overachiever”, Jordana understands high-stress environments and makes it her everyday mission to help people make peace with and diffuse anxiety. Working 1 on 1 with overachievers and as a group trainer with organizations and web3 communities, the New-Jersey native connects to thousands of people around the world. Jordana returns to California after living in Thailand for 2.5 years where she continued her studies of Mindfulness, Buddhism, Trauma Awareness, Divine Femininity, and Sacred Sexuality. It is Jordana’s passion to share sacred places on the planet in wellness-oriented retreats. In 2023 she’ll be guiding trips to the Himalayas of Nepal, Bhutan, and the islands of Thailand.  Jordana’s work has been featured in Forbes, Medium, and CNET. She is the author of "Inner Peace: A Guided Meditation Journal for Beginners.

An Intention for Pleasure

In this session, you’ll meditate on what brings you pleasure, it can be sensual or non-sensual. From sparking this pleasure you’ll be primed to set an intention for this journey of embodying your pleasure, setting the stage for pleasure to blossom within you and for you. The Energy of Pleasure

Paying attention to pleasurable energies, even if they are light or subtle, supports a mind-body connection through your senses and to your pleasure. With this you can grow and expand your inner delight.

Lesson 3

Breathing with Pleasure

When you relax, it's easier to be present. You can be present with how you’re feeling, your body, your emotions. When you are relaxed you are also letting go of what is weighing upon you, what is blocking you from pleasure. In this session you’ll enjoy breathing techniques to support ease and pleasure from the space of relaxation.

Lesson 4

Mindful Movement with Pleasure

In today’s practice, you’ll bring in pleasure through your mindful movement. You’ll explore how you can increase your capacity for pleasure by clearing through gentle body movements and then activating subtle energy in your body, with attention and intention for pleasure. This mindful movement practice paves the way for a more passive guided practice we’ll do at the end. Here you’ll have an opportunity to set an intention for clarity on what you are desiring the most in your pleasure journey.

Lesson 5

Ecstatic Breath of Pleasure

This is a breathing practice that connects your sacral chakra to your heart chakra for full-body bliss potential. This is the breath of ecstatic pleasure. This breathing can feel like a runner’s high or a peak energetic pleasure experience. What happens in the mind can cause a full body effect. In the practice, you’ll be using the power of your mind, intention and breath to yolk the pleasure you wish to embody.

Lesson 6

Bringing Your Pleasure into the World

This is the integration session. You'll do a shorter practice of intention on your journey as you move forward. Prior to that, you'll set yourself up to make a routine of inviting pleasure into your life. You might want to grab a notepad and pen or open notes on your phone to capture what resonates for you.

Hi teacher! This was a great course and I come back to the practices daily particularly the breathing and self touch practices. I’m curious though for me day and day 6 are the same, I was curious If I’m missing something about the class connecting the sacral chakra to the heart chakra as I don’t remember it being discussed in the lessons but day 5 written description talks about it?
