There is nothing like helping each other out.
When we help each other and show each other kindness,
Our true spirit emerges,
The one that is flowing through us all.
We are not islands momentarily flinging rations to one another.
This vital flow is happening all the time,
Whether we are aware of it or not.
It is like starlight,
Our sun included,
Us included,
Each and every one of us.
This light is traveling between us all like a river,
Ever flowing.
It truly is love with a capital L,
But it can also be called kindness or just good vibrations.
This resonant frequency of harmony is our natural state.
Do you understand that?
It is always here.
We resonate at the frequency of wonder.
And wonder is awesome.
Awesome is the great spirit,
And that great spirit is in us and is in the end our very selves with a capital S.
Look into yourself.
Do you feel it?
Do you feel this love of not only humanity,
But all life,
All existence?
This is the coming together of the universe.
This is the order,
The cosmic oneness that people speak about.
Yes,
From time to time or even frequently we may feel that it is not there,
That the oneness is just an illusion,
That we are all just strangers here.
But look deeper,
And you will see those stars shining in the eyes of your neighbors,
Friends,
And other loved ones,
Even in the eyes of folks you don't even know yet.
You know this to be true.
You know that people will help you.
The key is to be open to their love and accept their help in your heart.
So let it in.
Let the love in.
The love is bigger than the both of you,
But it wants you to recognize its power in and as your very self with a capital S.
Tear down the walls you have built to keep people out.
Or if it is easier,
Take them apart one piece by one piece and set them gently on the ground.
Do this together if you can,
And see how vast the real landscape that we inhabit is,
Circulating and flowing and shimmering.
This is your birthright.
We forget,
But not forever.
Use this talk to remember.
Show and let in this kindness every day,
And be at peace that what you wish to be true about humanity and all life truly is,
And that deep within yourself is the faith to believe in what is true and evident even in the face of static and discombobulation.
The through line of humanity is love.
Histories of atrocities and conflicts may seem to say otherwise,
But in the end there is more right with us than wrong.
That glimmer of hope that is within us all,
Absolutely all of us,
Is the manifest destiny of life.
Life is love which we understand as breathing.
Breathe with me now.
A breath in,
And a breath out.
This is with us always,
Now and forever.
Do you see?
Do you feel it?
Do you recognize your birthright?
Your destiny?
Your cheerleader?
Your loving beingness in all that is transpiring within and around you?
We each have this.
Remember this next time you go to chide yourself or another.
This loving spirit is ever blooming,
Ever manifesting,
Petal by infinite petal,
Becoming more and more of who we rightly are in our infinite depths.
Remember this because it is important.
Cherish this ornate and beautiful soul seed of spirit in your existential core,
And let it ignite for the world to see.
We are each a beacon,
And we beckon each other on.
