Let's begin by lying down,
Getting comfortable,
Just feeling yourself wherever you are,
Sitting or lying,
Just feeling your body and the way that it connects to the bed,
To the floor,
To the chair,
Just bringing yourself to this present moment.
And we're going to begin with three conscious deep belly breaths.
You're going to begin with breathing in through the nose and exhaling nice and slow through pierced lips out the mouth.
Two more times,
Breathing in through the nose and out through pierced lips nice and slow.
One last time,
Breathing in through the nose,
Holding at the top and exhaling with an audible release,
Allowing those shoulders to drop.
And just finding your natural breath,
Allowing it to settle,
Feeling how your breath moves up and down your spine,
Noticing the gentle rise and fall of your belly,
The gentle rise and fall of your chest.
And in your mind's eye,
I want you to visualize the center of the universe,
This big,
Bright,
Golden light of the central sun,
And seeing a piece of that beautiful,
Warm,
Golden light beginning to flow towards you,
Spiraling through the cosmos,
Into our universe,
Into and through our sun,
Spiraling through our planetary system,
Passing through the moon,
Into and through the earth's atmosphere.
And feeling that light,
That warm,
Gold,
Beautiful light just above your crown.
As your crown begins to open like a lotus flower,
Inviting that warm,
Golden light in,
You begin to feel it spiral,
Spiraling around inside of your crown,
Collecting,
Alchemizing,
Transmuting any overactive thoughts,
Any pressure,
Any tension,
Opening up your mind,
Quieting your thoughts,
Disconnecting from the collective mind and allowing you to be more present,
More focused on my voice.
As we allow that warm,
Golden light to spiral down into your third eye,
Collecting,

Transmuting any fears of what you may see or hear,
Any to-do lists,
Any stresses or worries of the past or future,
Allowing it to open your third eye nice and wide,
Beyond your limits,
Dissipating your personal veil of belief systems so that you can be more in your vast,
Limitless self.
Allowing that energy to move into your ears,
Gently passing through each ear,
Clearing any internal blockages,
Amplifying your inner voice,
Your intuition,
That soft,
Subtle knowing,
Allowing that warm,
Golden light to move into and penetrate deep into the bones of your jaw,
Teeth and gums,
Releasing any stress,
Any tension,
Any fears,
Allowing your jaw to relax,
Your head to relax,
Allowing it to move down into your throat,
Collecting,
Alchemizing,
Transmuting any blocks,
Any limits,
Any self-imposed cages that you have placed on speaking or acting in your authenticity,
In your highest truth,
Activating the throat to speak from the highest expression of your truth through the lens of grace and gratitude,
Softening the neck and allowing that energy,
That warm,
Golden light to move down into your shoulders,
Releasing the burden and the weight of the world that you may have been shouldering,
Just allowing it to fall off like a backpack full of weights,
Feeling that relief,
That instant release as that energy moves into your traps,
Penetrating any repressed trauma or stress,
Allowing it to be broken up and released for you to see it,
Feel it and allow it into your heart space,
Allowing that warm,
Golden energy to move down and penetrate deep into your lungs,
Penetrating any grief,
Any heartbreak,
Anything that you have been overly attached to that is not serving you,
That you are ready to release and set free,
To accept it deep into your heart and allow it to become a foundation of your new being,
And as it does,
Feeling those lungs expand,
Opening that chest nice and wide,
Allowing that warm,
Golden energy to spiral down your column of light and into your solar plexus,
Where it penetrates any density of disempowered energy,
Collecting,
Alchemizing,
Transmuting any feelings of lack,
Unworthiness,
Neglect,
Abandonment,
Anything and everything that is dimming your light and your belief in oneself,
Soothing the stomach and the spleen as we allow that warm,
Golden light to spiral down into your sacral,
Collecting,
Alchemizing,
Transmuting any fears,
Any trauma,
Any and all ancestral wounds that are ready,
Ready to be released,
Any addictions or self-sabotaging tendencies,
Activating the sacral to open up and connect to our multidimensional self,
The access to all lifetimes and timelines that are running simultaneously,
Allowing us to access our gifts,
Our power,
Our wisdom,
Our knowing,
The connectedness of the vast self that we often forget,
Connecting to the strength of our ancestors and lineage,
And feeling that connectedness of all of them surrounding you,
Supporting you,
Loving you,
Guiding you,
Opening up your ability to feel no matter how painful,
Knowing that through the feeling we actually release our being from the prison of our own making and set our soul free.
For it is just energy in motion.
It is just energy seeking the love,
The safety within you,

Any repressed pain or emotions that you are ready to face,

Relaxing those hips,
Allowing your body to sink deeper and deeper into this moment,
Allowing that beautiful golden light that you see carrying all of that density,
All of that trauma,
Stress,
And tension,
Seeing it move that energy down your thighs,
Down your shins,
And into your feet,
And seeing the soles of your feet open as if they have zippers,
And the earth beneath those feet pulling that energy straight out of your being.
As Gaia Sophia so gracefully accepts as Gaia Sophia so gracefully accepts your pain,
Your stress,
Your tension,
Your density,
Brings it down through all of her layers and into the core,
The center of her heart,
To be alchemized completely,
And in return,
She sends up a beautiful mix of gold,
Green,
And pink ray technology straight up your feet,
Into your nervous system,
To your lymphatic system,
Your circulatory system,
And your bones,
All the way up into your hips,
Into your column of light,
Spiraling like a kundalini energy until it meets at your heart space.
And as it meets at your heart,
It opens your heart so wide,
You instantly feel the pull as if somebody has pulled you into your body.
You feel grounded,
Connected,
Open,
Expansive.
And as that heart opens wider and wider,
You fill every cell in your body with love,
Compassion,
Grace,
Grace.
And seeing that energy move beyond your physical body into your auric field,
And extending out as wide as you can possibly imagine,
360 degrees around you.
And just taking a nice,
Deep breath into that heart space.
And out.
Feeling that connectedness in your body once again.
Feeling your feet closing up,
But still magnetically connected.
Scanning your body from crown all the way down to the tippy-tops of your toes.
And just feeling how your body and your energy now flows.
How present and relaxed and connected you are.
We call in your guides,
Your angels,
Your loved ones,
