
Morning Sunrise Visualisation Meditation
Morning meditation to harness the energy of the early morning rays of the run, radiating loving energy throughout your body.
Transcript
Good morning and welcome to another beautiful day.
For the next 10 minutes this is your time completely to live in the moment and connect with your inner self.
You're about to be guided on a morning meditation where you will draw upon and harness the energy of the beautiful early morning rays of the Sun to radiate this loving energy throughout your body so that you'll be full of life enthusiasm and bursting and radiating energy for the day ahead.
You'll have the chance to let go of any negative thoughts or feelings or emotions so that you can begin today with a completely clear slate ready to start creating and shaping the day exactly how you intend.
Find yourself in a safe environment where you can feel completely comfortable be yourself and completely let go.
If you do feel at any point that your mind is drifting off that is completely okay.
Know that your subconscious mind is always listening.
Gently close your eyes now and take a deep breath in and exhale and another deep breath and let it out and another deep breath in and let it out.
Let your body just be in the moment allowing your muscles to relax.
I'd like you to now picture yourself in a calm tranquil environment somewhere where you are completely safe.
Somewhere where you can look out into the horizon and just observe your surrounds where everything is calm everything is still.
Imagine your vision starting to brighten as you can see the Sun is slowly emerging above the horizon.
Stretch out your legs.
Notice the first rays of light touching your toes.
If you need to wiggle them that's okay.
Your toes and your feet now completely relaxed.
Feeling the morning rays of light on your skin soaking into your skin.
Feel that light now as the Sun rises higher into the sky.
You feel the light gently moving up to your calf muscles and your knees up to your thighs and your buttocks.
Allowing the energy radiating from the Sun that soft,
Soft feeling gently soaking into your skin and relaxing.
The lower half of your body now feeling completely relaxed and at peace.
Feeling those healing and loving early morning rays of the Sun now moving higher into your stomach.
Your stomach fills up with the warmth.
Feeling the love and feeling completely relaxed.
Take a deep breath and let go.
Your chest and your back now filling up the rays of the Sun soaking into your skin and your shoulders.
Down into your arms,
Into your elbows,
Into your hands and fingers.
Feeling the warmth and feeling completely loved.
You're now feeling part of your environment.
Observing the natural surrounds.
Feeling at peace and feeling completely loved.
Now allow the rays of light to cover your neck and your head.
Your entire body is now filled up with the energy of the morning Sun.
Imagine that beautiful loving energy that power you've harnessed from the Sun.
Allow it to give you the strength and the power to soar through your day.
If there's been any negative thoughts or feelings that you felt maybe as you woke up this morning or thoughts that have carried over from yesterday,
Allow yourself to identify them.
You can just observe them like you're a third person simply there to acknowledge and let them go.
Imagine those negative thoughts now forming,
Circling in a ball,
Separating from your mind and gently leaving your body.
Giving yourself permission to let these thoughts disappear.
Your body is cleansing as your body grows in more and more positive energy and light.
The rays of the Sun,
The light is gently dissolving this ball of negativity.
It gently falls to the ground and dissolves into the earth.
Focus on how you feel in this moment right now.
Now that those emotions are gone,
You feel completely relaxed and ready for a magic day ahead.
Picture your day unfolding.
Shaping your day exactly as you want it to.
It's now time to slowly open your eyes,
Taking the energy and the light from the Sun to this very moment,
Feeling its power,
Feeling inspired and fully energized for the day ahead.
Take a deep breath now wherever you are in the room.
Taking a stretch,
Wiggling your toes and your hands,
Back in the moment,
Back to now.
