Reflection for a new cycle is my first speaking audio, in English, that's not my native language, were I try to gave a brief moment of inside reflection to us all about our goals to this new cicle that is begining with a new year. We recommend it to these wonderful people visiting this This la Health and peace from Jean Marain and I would like to take a few minutes of your time to remind us of some very important things. You create your own reality. You are the conductor of your own destiny. You are capable and valuable regardless of what you may often be thinking about yourself or even what has been said to you or about you. Life is one big adventure full of challenges and lessons to be learned. We must always, Always be in a position to try to learn from what is offered to us. Regardless we can understand at that moment the real purpose of that situation or even its own meaning. But always keep in mind that the best is yet to come and that at every moment the universe conspires in a loving way to bring us countless benefits that many times will not concede with our wishes but for sure will be better than what we had planned in our minds that sometimes have limiting concepts that make our choices not always bring the maximum benefits we could have if we just let things flow. Giving up control is not only an act of self-love but leaves open the door for things to happen in a fluid way that can surprise us bringing benefits that we would not get if we insisted in doing things our way. It's not easy but it's simple and in this simplicity we find an internal harmony to give place to your true self that lovely whispers in our minds saying calm down everything is going to be alright you can trust and let it flow because everything will be fine the best is yet to come and the best version of yourself which is what you are looking for is just a decision away from you. In these times of great challenges we do not forget that our value is who we are and our goal is to become who we want to be that adversities are sources of learning and of great lessons that can bring new meaning and direction to our lives if we put ourselves in the position of learning from mistakes and success. May the end of this cycle bring renewal, Peace, Abundance and prosperity and in this new cycle that is about to begin we have in our hearts and minds a sincere desire to become the best versions of ourselves so we can find the peace we so much are seeking for.
