She focuses her studies on the physiological and neurological benefits of incorporating yogic practices into all stages and circumstances of our lives. Her teaching style emphasizes building expanded awareness around the body, mind and breath as a means of cultivating a more balanced and informed way of living and practicing yoga. She is a life long student and is in the process of becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist.
