Let's do this practice.
So we'll just take the last period here to practice.
And we'll do the field of care and move into deepening mode.
And I just will like remind us always,
Like Amber,
I love that you asked that,
Like you're kind of where do we,
Because where are we or how do I develop there?
Like,
This is definitely a very progressive.
Practice or path.
And so if any point,
Whatever's coming up that you're including in the field of care feels overwhelming or you lose access to the field of care.
We just go back to the field of care and like your breath,
Like Blake,
You discovered can be your field of care.
Whatever allows you to like soften a little bit and feel held is the field of care.
And that is important,
So we go back to that when we need to.
And we build it up,
And then we come back to including.
Okay,
So why don't you let yourself settle into your posture again if you need to.
And taking some deeper breaths,
Breathing all the way down.
If it feels good all the way down into your lower belly.
And letting the breath just draw you into the feeling alive body.
Just remembering when we land in the body,
Like to start with what feels okay.
Or what feels good.
So we land in what feels good or okay in the body.
And then on your exhales,
You can just invite.
Everything to soften.
Shoulders,
The jaw.
Really releasing your weight to gravity.
And even then,
As we begin letting And maybe the body,
Maybe the breath feels like a field of care.
Is holding you warmly.
And then you can call to mind.
Your field of care.
So bringing to mind a kind moment.
Kind being.
Spiritual benefactor.
As if they were here now.
Right here with us.
And as you bring this to mind,
Just noticing.
What is a vote?
In your mind and body.
And always the earth.
The sun.
The natural world.
Might be your field of care.
And then allow yourself to steep.
Many feelings of warmth,
Acceptance.
Being seen or held in your goodness.
Free from all judgments.
It's very tenderly held in all of our humanity.
These bodies with their pains,
Hearts.
His uncontrollable minds.
And anytime you need to,
Just freshly recalling your field of care.
And then starting.
To notice whatever draws you away from the field of care.
And the feelings of warmth that are evoked.
It could just be kind of chains of thinking.
Numbness.
Maybe some disappointment.
And access it or.
Wanting to have a different kind of experience.
I get to feel different.
You might just bring to mind any of the difficulties we all touched into.
I'm probably right here right now there's enough to notice.
Pulls us away from the field of care.
And whatever it is.
Let your attention orient to the feeling primarily,
So the feeling underneath the chains of thinking.
Or feeling in the resistance.
Wanting things to be different.
And I like to imagine that just kind of,
That part just kind of sitting beside me.
Also receiving the field of care.
Or the sense of the expansion of the field of care.
It's just like,
Yes,
This too.
That there's really nothing outside.
Of this unconditional acceptance.
Nothing outside it.
In each of these challenges.
Helps us connect with this more infinite.
Field of care.
And act with its unbounded nature.
Same self-judgment All of it can be included.
And then just for the last few moments,
Minute of this practice,
You can let go.
Of all effort.
All doing.
Just let the mind settle back and relax.
Supported by the field of care.
Let's relax back.
Letting everything be.
