Hello and welcome to a moment's peace.

So few of us really know how to convey information.

So few of us know how to express ourselves,

Say what we actually want to say,

How we actually want to say it.

It's not something we practice,

Is it?

We blurt out information quickly to get it out of the way,

But then you don't get heard properly,

Do you?

And words usually only get one chance,

Don't they?

So then what happens is we let ourselves down,

Let opportunities pass us by,

Give in,

Because we are too worried about what people might think of us or say about us.

You were too worried about the sound of your own voice instead of getting the message across neatly,

Tidily,

Eloquently,

Succinctly,

Expressively,

With intention.

You don't need to be a great orator,

But you are here to express your energy,

Your right,

Your dignity,

Express the entity that is you,

In that is internal power.

Take time to breathe your intention through into your reality,

Stop,

Look,

Listen,

Feel,

Sense and convey your information with power behind it.

Then it will be received through all the senses,

Instead of lost on deaf ears.

How do you put power behind your words?

By taking the time to be deeply aware of yourself.

Become a feeling being,

Not a thinking one.

Know yourself consciously,

Unjudgingly and power is naturally generated from that.

They are the centre of your attention,

You are not the centre of theirs.

Thank you.
