This five-day course includes meditations and exercises for celebrating and aligning with the Celtic festival of Beltaine. Celebrated on the 1st of May in the Northern Hemisphere and the 1st of November in the Southern Hemisphere, in the Celtic calendar Beltaine marks the transition from spring into summer and celebrates the abundance of life that is present in nature at this time. During the course, we'll explore some ways to celebrate the late spring and early summer in your own life. We'll look at some Ayurvedic considerations around how to best support your body through this transition, practice a simple yoga sequence for energy and vitality, and do some reflection and meditation connected to the themes of the season. Beltaine is a time of abundance, gratitude and creativity. The longer days and thriving life in nature inspire gratitude for what we have and optimism for the summer ahead, and this course is intended to bring you some inspiration and joy at this time.
