Start by lying on the floor on a mat or a soft surface.
Wear a cloth over your eyes to stay in the dark.
Collect crystals if you feel drawn to.
It will be necessary to recall your experience afterwards in some form of document.
Pause here to get yourself ready.
Start with one deep breath to clear out stale energy.
Another deep breath to draw attention to our minds.
Take a third deep breath to forget the limbs and focus on the head,
The crown chakra.
Imagine a white light piercing through the top of your head,
Through your body and out your feet.
Imagine roots growing from your seven chakras down into the ground,
Stabilizing you while you do your work.
You are protected.
No harm will come,
Only enlightenment.
Another deep breath brings you to the outside of your new place.
A door is there.
Notice any objects around it.
Is there anything moving?
What colors do you see?
Can you smell anything?
Allow yourself to feel love and contentment for what you see.
Take another deep breath as you move close to the door and inspect the knob.
Grasp it.
How does it feel?
What does it look like?
Now push the door open and take another deep breath.
As you breathe,
Look around you.
What do you see?
Is light trickling in from the windows?
If it is too dark,
Turn on the light switch by the door.
Look left and right.
Take in the environment.
Are there chairs,
Tables,
Shelves,
Objects?
Does it smell?
Where is your spot in the room?
Gravitate toward it.
From this perspective,
What is in front of you now?
What things do you hold in your hands here?
What is in the room around you from this perspective?
Are there other rooms?
Let's go in one.
What is in here?
What makes you feel safe and good about this space?
Pick something up and hold it.
Inspect it.
Feel contentment.
Thank it for being in your awareness.
A bell rings in the other room.
Someone is here.
Let's go see.
Who is it?
What is their purpose for being here?
Welcome them in with a smile and offer your help.
How do they react?
Let them look around.
What are they drawn to pick up?
What question do they ask?
What is your answer?
What happens next?
Allow this to play out until the person is ready to leave.
As the door closes behind them,
You are still inside.
Look at your hands.
Are you holding something?
Are there rings or tattoos on your hands?
Look at your feet.
Move up to see your clothing.
Look at your reflection in a mirror or a window.
How does your face and hair look?
Bask in the feelings of success and contentment because you love yourself.
You hear a shuffling behind you.
An animal appears.
Go ahead and pet it.
You are safe.
How does it feel?
Look into its eyes and allow its message to flow to you.
Sit with it for a moment.
Feel that connection and be grateful.
The love,
Support,
And presence of this spirit animal is around you.
Look around and feel grateful to have experienced this expansion of awareness.
It is time to leave,
To turn off the lights.
Now open the door and walk outside.
What is in front of you?
What is the environment around your new space like?
Close the door and lock it.
Pay attention to any sights,
Smells,
Tastes,
Or sounds that may come into your awareness.
How do you leave?
Walking or in a vehicle?
Stand behind and watch yourself leave in this vehicle over the horizon.
Continue to feel the contentment of the space along with the excitement of returning again in the future.
You now have a new perspective of what your heart yearns for.
