This course incorporates writing, mindfulness, and reframing techniques alongside yogic and qigong-based energy practices. With this whole-body approach, we will explore how to be more authentic and clear about who we are and how to "show up" where we are so that we can move forward. We will begin by addressing indecision and difficult decisions with more self-trust and grace. We will examine any areas of stagnancy in our relationships, working life, or creative output honestly so that we can begin to move forward. This is an excellent course if you feel a bit lost or stagnant. Commit to yourself fully by listening to each lesson carefully and making space in your life to try gentle exercises.
We will explore how to live authentically and make clear decisions that come from intuition, rather than expectation.

"I am an educator and storyteller who teaches leadership, writing, and meditation - sometimes all at once. Every day, I write to ask new and better questions. I teach to help others to do the same." - Jen Knox The founder and co-owner of Unleash Creatives, a holistic arts organization, Jen Knox is an educator and storyteller who teaches writing, leadership, and meditation. She is the author of Chaos Magic (Kallisto Gaia Press), We Arrive Uninvited (Steel Toe Books Award Winner), and The Glass City (Press Americana Prize for Prose). She has also co-written two books on creativity, Living Art and Create & Curate: 500 Ideas for Artists and Writers. After earning her BA from Otterbein and MFA from Bennington in Creative Nonfiction, Jen went on to work in the nonprofit world where she directed a writers-in-communities program that supported at-risk populations to find and share their voice and use writing as a tool to explore difficult subjects on the page. While teaching creative writing to adults and children for over a decade and leveraging her community experience to teach leadership and personal empowerment at Ohio State University, Jen earned her 200-hour Teaching Certification through Uplifted™ Yoga YTT and her KYT from RaMa Institute.
