Serafim - Music To Dwell In The Formless

Serafim starts with a recording of my favorite beach in Australia, adding spherical sounds leading to a dreamspace, where the formless manifests in-between the thoughts. It is based on the tone F with 172 Hz, the frequency of the Platonical Year. It's solemnly character is serene and loving, and can uplift your mood.

Sehr entspannend. Ich hatte das Handy nah am Ohr und konnte mit geschlossen Augen gut abgleiten in eine bewusste Entspannung. Gedankenwellen haben sich mehr und mehr beruhigt im Verlauf des Tracks. Am Ende war ich in einem nahezu neutralem geistigen Zustand. Wunderbar erfrischend für die nächste Etappe im sanften und bewussten Tun.
