Janet is an ICF-certified coach, meditation teacher, and mindful eating expert. She specializes in working with expats and international professionals. Her mission is to help them achieve success on their terms, dare to walk the road less traveled and lead an authentic, joyful, and whole life. In her holistic coaching approach, she uses guided meditations, EMDR, visualizations, and somatic practices to increase performance, and access creativity, and inner resourcefulness. As a meditation and relaxation teacher, she shares the teachings of the Himalayan Meditation Tradition and her decade-long study and practice to enhance the well-being of the body, mind, and heart. She is passionate about using mindful eating to achieve a higher state of overall well-being through examining beliefs of eating choices, and mindfully applying the principles of emotional nourishment.
