As you are laying down now,
Feeling your eyes comfortably close,
Inviting you to bring awareness to your breath,
Noticing just as it is,
Allowing each breath to slowly soften your body,
Becoming grateful for this feeling of softening,
Slowly releasing your body from the day,
What moment brought you a sense of joy,
Giving thanks for these moments,
With people that you love,
With animals that you care for,
With nature around you,
And breathing out with a smile,
Remember to look to the small things,
There is beauty to receive even amidst life's challenges,
Breathing in that beauty now,
And letting that out with a smile,
I will guide you into our yin breath,
You are supported here as we gently move into sleep,
We are allowing a gentle 4 second inhale,
And a longer 6 second exhale,
In through the nose and out through the mouth,
