Take a deep breath in and a long slow breath out.
Breathe in deeply.
Let the day go.

Deep inhale and long slow release on the exhale knowing that you have landed in the exact place where you're supposed to be.
Here in this moment,
In your body,
With this breath,
Whatever may have happened right up until this moment is gone,
The future will be what it is.
Let's protect this time,
This here and now by staying connected with the breath.
Deep breath in,
Long slow breath out.
Can you feel the temperature of your breath as it enters the nose and travels out through the nose or mouth?
What an amazing thing it is to breathe.
Noticing any qualities of the breath,
Maybe a word or a sensation that attunes you to your breath.
Sometimes peace starts like this.
Sometimes it starts small.
A moment of silence,
A recognition of something beautiful in nature,
A sense of falling away of everything but one thing.
Take a deep breath in and a long slow breath out.
What can you discover in your breath to carry you away to that sense of peace?
Feel yourself anchored and supported.
Knowing that you are one with this sense of peace.
You are peace.
May you be at peace.
May your heart be open.
May you know the beauty of your true nature.
May you be healed and may you be a source of healing for others.
