This mantra is dedicated to the goddess Kali. It helps find courage, remove uncertainty and build confidence. You can use this mantra in two ways: either in regular meditation practice or during the day when your mind is not occupied. Say it out loud or in your mind (better in your mind). During meditation it best to do one complete mala (108 repetitions). | AUM KRANG KRING KRUNG KALIKA DEVI SHRANG SHRING SHRUNG ME SUB KURU KURU KURU SWAHA.
