Iman's meditations and sessions are inspired by all the tools and practices that have guided her in her own journey, especially embodiment, feminine practices, and working with the elements. Her meditations are carefully crafted with the intention to take the listener into a voyage of their inner world, accompanied by a gentle softness in voice, and instruments to soothe the soul. She is also a certified 200YTT teacher. Her yoga classes combine meditation, breathwork and movement with slow, heart-centered flows, inspired by a combination of different practices that have illuminated her soul over the years, including music, sound elements and somatic movement.
