Just as we do not doubt the existence of thoughts although we cannot see or measure them, yogis do not doubt the existence of the chakras, the energy centers that are located in our body from the base of the spine to the crown. Each of them is related to some psychological quality and also to different stages of a person's development. The chakras are sometimes unbalanced or blocked. I offer you seven sessions so that you can learn more about chakras and how to find inner balance and feel more confident, connecting with your power, with your inner voice, opening to receive love, and cultivating your consciousness as well as feeling yourself part of the universal consciousness.
