Wow. Wow. Wow. I usually am not a fan of singing meditations. I immediately saw 3 minutes and was like well that won’t be effective. But it was one of the best ones I’ve ever done. The memory came instantly. And it aligned with a thought I had earlier today and was wondering, why it came up. And it was high school me being forced to do things of people trying to almost punish me for existing instead of doing fun high school things. Thank you for that. I loved on her so much.
