Hello and welcome.
This is a short guided glimpse for an immediate shift into awareness.
So just notice now the constellation of thinking behind the thinking mind.
If it helps you can close your eyes.
Just feel that center of activity behind your eyes.
And then allow yourself to notice hearing,
Notice sounds coming to your ears.
So you're aware of just hearing.
There's no need to analyze what you're hearing.
Make any judgments or labels.
Just hearing.
Now expand out into the room.
So you're aware of space in the room.
And then what's it like to be aware from space in the room?
Notice the sense of aliveness,
Everything arising within awareness.
So your body is arising,
Thoughts are arising,
Sounds.
There's no inside or outside.
There's just awareness.
Awareness has no edges or boundaries.
It doesn't come or go in time.
Sense this infinite limitless space of awareness that is you.
Feel the sense of awareness behind your back.
You're fully supported.
The universe has your back.
Come back to the center of activity behind your eyes.
So allow this constellation of consciousness.
Come back and be aware of this constellation of energy and consciousness behind your eyes,
This smaller contracted self.
What that feels like.
And then open back into space.
Feel this shift.
The contrast is important to helping you feel this open,
Expanded,
Limitless awareness that you really are.
And bring that awareness into your heart.
So you're knowing and feeling your heart from within.
Still no inside or outside.
Just local awareness,
Knowing your heart and your body from within.
Gently open your eyes.
So it is as though you are looking out at the world through the eyes of your heart.
What would it be like to walk from here and talk from here?
Not needing to contract behind your eyes to create a small separate doer self.
Feel the relief,
The relaxation,
Being heart-centered.
Sending you infinite love and light as you head out into your day.
