Finding yourself in a comfortable seat,
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath.
Allow your body to get in a position of comfort.
Exhaling your breath out,
Feeling your body soften and relax.
Take a few more breaths on your own,
Inhaling deeply,
Having your chest rise and your stomach expand.
Exhaling all the breath out,
Letting your shoulders relax,
Your stomach relax.
Feeling yourself heavy in the seat.
One more time,
Inhale and exhale.
I encourage you to repeat the affirmations that I say.
Even if you don't feel it in your mind right now,
Even if these things aren't true,
We're creating space to build the life we want.
