This meditation is from the book Three Magic Words by U. S. Andersen. I learned it from one of my favorite teachers, Dr. Wayne Dyer. He encouraged people to meditate on these words at least 5 minutes before sleep for 21 days to reprogram their subconscious mind. With so much appreciation and respect, I record this meditation in my own voice. These lovely affirmations will remind you that you have everything you need, already inside of you.
