Left pinky finger Left hand from all directions pulling in the sweet softness Your left wrist joint,
Forearm Elbow joint Like a magnet you are attracting whatever it is that you most need today Left upper arm Left shoulder joint Imagine the left shoulder Imagine the left shoulder recharged Moving on to the left side of the rib cage Now the left hip joint Imagine the muscles like falling away from the bones As if the bones could sigh a little The left seat and the groin A great amount of healing is taking place as you continue moving your attention like this Thigh Left knee joint Left calf and shin Left ankle Heel Foot Now the left toes one by one relaxing now The entire left side of the body is melting towards the ground Concentrate on your right thumb Right thumb attracting softness like a magnet Right index finger Right middle finger Right ring finger And the pinky finger Your attention like a magnet for the best healing possible The right hand Right wrist Forearm Elbow joint Right upper arm from all directions like a magnet pulling whatever it is that you most need today Right shoulder joint relaxing Right side of the rib cage The right hip joint Seat and groin on the right side Letting go of anything no longer needed here Right thigh Knee joint And then your leg below the knee joint Your ankle Foot The right toes again one by one Now the right side of the body disappearing,
Melting,
Fading away Attention to your upper back,
Middle back,
The lower back and the pelvic floor Like a magnet,
Attracting what you need And then the stomach region Sense all of the organs healthy,
Happy and soft,
Having let go of all the effort,
All the extra work for now Now your attention to your chest region including the heart and the lungs And then the diaphragm becoming soft from all directions The neck,
The scalp,
Left ear,
Right ear Now the space between the ears The forehead,
Eyebrows,
Feel them gently separating Now the eyes becoming still,
Soft,
Peaceful with your own attention The left nostril And then the right upper lip Your tongue softening,
Lower lip,
The chin Feel the whole body at once,
Each individual sensation melting into a mass of sensation Awareness of the whole body at once Now let awareness sink even deeper Feel the skin And go beneath the skin,
Feeling the tissues and even deeper still to feel muscles Helping your muscles give up,
Committing them to rest And now even deeper still into your bones and the layers inside the bones Feeling again as though the bones themselves could sigh a little Feeling the bones carried on the current of your own breath And deeper still to feel the soft organs and the skeleton and the heartbeat slowing down Committing all your organs to rest Feel the fluids and the waterways of your body And the cells humming,
Pulsing,
Renewing,
Breathing Can you go deeper still and feel the energy behind or underneath these sensations?
