Welcome to this transformative chakra course, designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and healing through the seven major energy centers of the body. Each session focuses on a specific chakra (major energy center), and includes a guided meditation to open and restore balance to that day's chakra, visualizing its unique energy and using healing affirmations to release any emotional blockages. Beginning with an introduction to the chakras, you'll learn the significance of each of these energy centers and how they influence our emotional, mental and even physical well-being. By bringing our own loving awareness to each of the chakras and using visualisation and affirmations, we can re-align our energy, heal past hurt and come gently home to the most authentic and intuitive versions of ourselves – back to the truth of who we really are – which is Divine, connected, loving beings. By the end of the course, you’ll feel empowered to embrace your authentic self, cultivating more inner peace and emotional freedom. This course is suitable for everyone, whether you're completely new to the chakras or someone with extensive knowledge who is just looking to gain additional healing. Meet your Teacher

Heather has been using her knowledge of energy healing to assist in her own life and those of her clients for over twenty years. A certified reiki practitioner since 2002, she has accumulated a depth of knowledge about the chakras and the profound impact of their functioning on our psychological and physical health. Passionate about meditation, mindfulness and mental health, Heather is also a certified hypnotherapist and practitioner of RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy). She uses meditation and hypnosis to access the subconscious mind and help others to get to the root cause of the issues that are holding them back, and to overcome any limiting subconscious beliefs. Heather began her journey with meditation at the age of 16 and has used these tools in her own life to overcome anxiety, depression and severe chronic illness. Her mission is to empower and inspire others to take back control of their lives so that they can start moving in the direction of their dreams, hopes, and desires, toward more freedom, joy, and inner peace. As a clairaudient, some of her content is channeled.

Lesson 1

An Introduction To The Chakras

In our first lesson, I'll introduce the chakras and outline my intentions for this course, along with guidance on how to make the most of it. I emphasise that everyone can benefit from this course, regardless of prior experience. I will also discuss what you can expect from the coming sessions and reassure you that emotional experiences during the daily meditations are normal and essential for healing, encouraging you to embrace whatever arises. Safety And Life-Force

Today we explore the root chakra, Muladhara, which governs our sense of identity, stability, and safety. A blocked root chakra can lead to feelings of insecurity, anxiety, and even physical ailments like joint and skin issues. The session includes a guided meditation to help you open and balance the root chakra, release any difficult blocked emotions and foster feelings of safety and grounding using healing affirmations. Creativity And Pleasure

Today, we delve into the sacral chakra, Svadhisthana, which is associated with creativity, pleasure, and emotional well-being. When this chakra is blocked, you may experience feelings of guilt, fear of change, and challenges in expressing your emotions. This session features a guided meditation designed to help you open and balance the sacral chakra, release any emotional blocks and promote creativity and joy using healing affirmations. Today, we explore the solar plexus chakra, Manipura, which is linked to personal power, self-esteem, and confidence. A blocked solar plexus chakra can lead to feelings of insecurity, indecisiveness, and a lack of motivation. In this session, you will engage in a guided meditation aimed at opening and balancing the solar plexus chakra, releasing any emotional barriers, and fostering self-confidence and inner strength using healing affirmations. When this chakra is blocked, it can lead to challenges in expressing feelings, fears of rejection, and tendencies toward people-pleasing, potentially resulting in physical issues in the throat, neck, or jaw. Through a guided meditation, you will work on opening this chakra, aligning your spiritual insights with your physical reality, and restoring the flow of energy for a balanced, healthy mindset. When balanced, it promotes a deep sense of peace and purpose, aligning us with our true spiritual essence. Through meditation, you’ll work on healing and opening this chakra, allowing divine energy to flow freely through your energetic body. What You Will Learn: You will understand the importance of the crown chakra, signs of blockage, and affirmations to open and balance it for spiritual alignment.
