I invite you to begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
When you are ready,
You can gently close your eyes.
Let yourself arrive fully in this moment.
Connect with the sensations in your body,
The feeling of your breath as it flows in and out of you,
And allow yourself to become settled into this present moment.
I invite you now to bring to mind someone you're feeling disconnected from,
Or maybe someone you'd wish to forgive or are having trouble communicating with.
This is not for you to dwell on the problem,
But to open to understanding and harmony.
As the 639Hz frequency washes over you,
Imagine it as a bridge of light between you and this person.
This bridge of light helps to connect you both in respect and awareness,
Rather than conflict or bitterness.
See both of your hearts connected by a thread of compassion,
Tolerance,
And peace.
Know that we are each living our own version of reality,
That each being is unique,
With their own stories and beliefs.
Know that we are all connected by one divine energy,
And that each person we connect with is a mirror into our own soul.
Take a deep breath in,
