The experience of doing mindfulness meditation is a daily (twenty-four hour) practice that involves relaxing the neck, back, shoulders, and jaw momentarily, then closing one's eyes to begin deep and slow breathing, in through the nose and out through the mouth several times, and returning to the natural breathing pace, in and out through the nose. This is the initial stages of focusing on the inhale, pause in between, and the exhale, and the meditation experience. The meditation experience is this three step focus. The perception of the initial, second, and third stages of a breath really signify a moment to moment to moment experience. The audios posted are the result of being creative and rewarded from the meditation experience. Listen to: - reduce stress and anxiety, depression - stimulate focus and the vagus nerve - enhance mental clarity and empathy
