For this meditation,
I want you to lie down on your back comfortably,
Closing your eyes,
Just lie down.
Open your hands,
Facing upwards,
Visualize and feel a beautiful energy of divine love,
A beautiful golden light surrounding you,
Creating a protective shield around you,
A protective bubble around you,
A protective cocoon around you,
Within which you are completely safe,
Completely loved,
Where you can trust yourself and the universe to guide,
Nurture,
Nourish and heal every part of you.
And as you lie down,
Feel yourself lying down in a beautiful circle with other beautiful souls from around the world.
You're all a part of this infinite existence,
And feel yourself lying down in a circle,
And feel yourself holding hands with someone,
Someone on your left,
You're holding hands energetically,
Someone on the right,
You're holding hands energetically,
And within this circle,
Within the center of this circle,
Visualize and feel a powerful golden light,
A powerful energy,
And this energy connects deep into the core of the earth,
And from the core of the earth it rises up into the infinity of the cosmos,
And you are lying around it in a circle.
Move your awareness to your breath,
Your inhalations and exhalations.
Every time you inhale,
Feel yourself inhaling love,
Inhaling this energy of love as it flows through you,
And every time you exhale,
Feel yourself sending out this energy of love.
Every inhalation is an inhalation of love,
And every exhalation is you sending out love,
And as you feel this energy of love,
Feel this beautiful center,
And move your awareness gently to the base of your feet,
Feeling this golden light flowing over the base of your feet,
This golden light caressing the base of your feet softly,
Gently,
Lovingly,
Sending love to every cell,
Every atom in your feet.
Many times you forget to thank all of you.
Your feet support you through the day.
This is a chance to send them love,
Feeling this energy flowing from the base of your feet,
Gently towards your toes,
The area between your toes,
Moving over the top of your toes,
Moving over the top of your feet,
Moving over your ankles,
Flowing through every atom,
Every cell in your feet as this energy moves higher up from your feet to your ankles to your calves,
Feeling this golden light entering your calves,
Relaxing your calves,
Healing every cell,
Every atom within your calves,
Gently flowing to the front of your legs,
Flowing higher up to the front of your knees,
Relaxing your knees,
Allowing your knees to receive this golden light,
This healing energy of love,

Every atom in your knees,
Pulsating and vibrating with this energy of love,
Moving to the area behind your knees,
Relaxing them,
Opening yourself to receive this energy,
To receive this flow of love,
Feeling this energy moving higher up towards your lower thighs,
Relaxing your thighs,
Allowing this golden light to enter every cell,
Every atom in your lower thighs as you surrender yourself,
Melting away with this energy of love,
Merging into this energy of love,
Allowing this energy to gently flow from your lower thighs to your upper thighs,
Relaxing your upper thighs,
Allowing them to receive this healing energy,
Recharging,
Rejuvenating every cell,
Every atom in your upper thighs with this energy of love,

Allowing this energy to move up higher to your pelvic area,

Letting everything melt away,

Sometimes you hold on to things in your shoulders,

Sometimes you might feel a warm tingling sensation in your palms and fingertips,
That is okay,
You're feeling the energy,
Feel this energy flowing over the back of your hands,

Filling your entire palms,
Wrists,
Arms,
With this energy of love flowing over your armpits,
This golden light healing every cell,
Every atom within you,
As you surrender yourself completely to this energy,
Feeling this energy flowing back up from your shoulders,
To the back,
To your upper back,
Relax your upper back,
Letting go of anything you might be holding onto in your upper back,
Feeling the warmth of this energy flowing over your upper back,

As this golden light flows downwards from your upper back to your middle back,
This golden light caressing and massaging your back,
Releasing any tightness,
Anything you might be holding onto,
Surrendering completely,
Flowing downwards from your middle back to your lower back,
Just feeling the warmth,
The love of this golden light flowing over your lower back,
Relaxing this golden light,
Covering your entire back in a state of love,
Every atom,
Every cell in your back pulsating with this energy,
Vibrating with this energy of love,
Now feel this energy flowing from the base of your spine,
Rising higher up,
This golden light flowing through your spine gently,
Opening any blockages,
Anything you might have as this energy rises up from your lower spine,

Through the middle spine,
The upper spine,
Going to the area behind your neck,

As this beautiful golden light enters your mouth,

As you part your lips gently,
Allowing this energy to flow inside your mouth,
As you taste it,
As it dances over your tongue,

Tasting this divine energy in your mouth,
As it heals you from within,
Feeling loved,
Flowing down your throat as you taste it,
And you take in this nectar of divine love,
Feeling this beautiful energy flowing from the insides of your cheeks to the outsides of your cheeks,
Feeling the warmth,
Feeling this energy moving to the area between your upper lips and your nostrils,
As you inhale this sense of divine love,
As you inhale,
You inhale this aroma of love as it enters your nostrils,
Flowing into your lungs,
Filling your lungs with love,
Every breath is an inhalation of love,
Every exhalation is you sending that love out to the universe,
Feel this energy moving over your eyes,
Covering your eyes,
This golden light keeping your eyes closed,
Feel this golden light becoming brighter,
Relaxing your eyes,
Relaxing your eyebrows,
Relaxing your eyelashes,
Your eyes see everything with love,
Your eyes are filled with love when you see the world with love,
The world becomes loving,
Moving this energy towards your earlobes,
The area behind your ears,
Feeling this golden light moving behind your ears,
Entering your ears,
Listening to the vibrations of love,
Every sound is a vibration of love,
Allowing it to enter all of you,
Moving your awareness gently from your earlobes to the back of your neck,
To the back of your head,
Feeling the warmth,
Feeling this golden light flowing over the back of your head,
Moving over the top of your head,
Gently flowing down from the top of your head towards your forehead,
Towards your third eye,
This golden light opening your third eye so that you can trust yourself,
You can trust your intuitive powers to guide you,
To show you the way,
And allowing this energy flowing from the top of your head,
Covering all of you,
Flowing downwards to the base of your feet,
All of you is covered in this energy of love,
Healing every part of you,
Allowing you to be open to this creative force of existence,
Stay here for as long as you want,
And whenever you feel like it,
Bring your awareness back,
And lie down on your right side,
Keeping your hands under your head,
Like a small baby in the mother's womb,
Bending your knees,
Here this divine energy is like your mother,
Protecting you,
Nourishing you,
Guiding you,
Loving you,
And stay here,
Feeling this energy encompassing you,
This energy is always there with you,
You can tap into it anytime,
And whenever you feel like it,
Very gently sit up,
There is no rush,
And as you sit up,

Very rarely do you take time for yourself,
Tell yourself I love you,
