Explore MeditationEmily is a 5* International Eventer (equestrian who does dressage, cross country, and show jumping) who has been using yoga and meditation for almost 10 years to help her physically and mentally get to the highest level of this equestrian sport. Emily uses her experience from her own daily practice and the knowledge she has gained from many skilled teachers over the years to guide and encourage others to turn inward to find success in and out of the saddle. Her meditations are specifically tailored for equestrians to help them find presence and intention before their ride. She is also currently studying for her 200hr YTT and is excited to share her yoga practices as well once she is certified.
