A wonderful course with much wisdom and guidance packed in 4 days. I listened twice to the course in it’s entirety and on the last day kept backing up the audio to really try and implant these 4 vows in my mind. Of course I know these practices are for digesting and living into over years, not days, so I’ll need to return, if not to the course, to the ideas presented here again and again. Thank you! 🙏🏼
