Hi,
My name is Bianca Bowness and I will be guiding you through this meditation to help you increase your love abundance.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable seated position.
Sit tall with your spine aligned.
Then feel your shoulders stacking over your hips.
Feel your ears align over the shoulders.
Start to feel an overwhelming sense of peace and relaxation.
As you find yourself here in stillness,
Start to softly close your eyes.
Check in with your body and how you're feeling.
Scan your thoughts.
Scan the sensations you may be experiencing.
Lastly,
Take note of your breath.
Begin with a big exhale.
Let all your air through the mouth,
Just let it go.
Take a deep long inhale in through your nose.
Feel all the way up.
Let the chest expand,
Your lungs,
Your belly.
Pause at the very top of your breath.
Empty out completely.
Just let that go.
Again another long drawn slow inhale in through your nose.
Feel all the way to the very,
Very tip of your head.
Then a complete slow soothing exhale out your mouth.
And some release.
You'll continue on with a slow mindful breath in through your nose.
And a peaceful breath exhaling out your mouth.
As you continue to breath in this way,
You'll start to feel your entire body melt into relaxation.
Feel the eyelids get heavier and heavier.
Notice your ears start to relax.
Feel your cheeks be supple and soft.
Unclench your jaw.
Release your tongue from the roof of your mouth and allow your teeth to softly part here.
Notice any tension that may exist in your neck,
In your upper back,
In your shoulders.
Can you continue to breath through that space?
And feel the arms resting effortlessly by the sides of your body.
The elbows and the forearms resting ever so softly onto your lap or your bed or your seat.
Notice any tingling through the fingers and just completely melt into relaxation.
Feel the groundedness of your seat,
Your sitting bones,
Your thigh bones.
And if your feet is touching the surface of the floor,
Just feel grounded in this way.
And take a few deep long breaths before we get started with our love abundance meditation.
On the inhales,
Say to yourself the word,
I am.
On the exhales,
Magnetic.
Inhale I am.
Inhale magnetic.
On your next inhale,
In your mind,
I am.
Exhale irresistible.
Inhale I am.
Exhale irresistible.
Lastly on the inhales,
I am lovable.
Inhale I am lovable.
Allow yourself to just meditate on what comes up for you when you hear the phrase,
Blissful love is possible for you.
Is there any resistance in you?
Anything deep down within that does not believe that blissful love is possible for you?
Expansive,
Connected love is coming for you.
You are completely worthy of the love you desire.
There are many women on this earth,
All beautiful,
But there is no one like you.
You have a unique set of gifts,
A unique outlook on life,
A charm and a special way about you that no other woman has that sets you apart.
Your vibration sets the frequency of the love that you will attract in your life,
Whether that's romantic love,
Self love,
Whatever it is.
Allow yourself to open up to love.
Raise your energy and your frequency and tune in to the emotions that lead to joy,
To peace,
To happiness,
To fulfillment,
To contentment,
To passion,
To kindness,
To softness,
To femininity.
The person just right for you is on their way.
You simply have to align yourself with your heart,
With your purpose.
Align yourself and get grounded in what you believe,
What you stand for,
And who you are.
Allow yourself to freely,
Freely express your inner world,
Express your authenticity,
And live life completely to the fullest.
Allow yourself to wake up every single day,
Every single morning,
Expectant of good things to come.
Anything can happen for you.
Anything is possible.
Do you believe it?
Allow yourself to soften,
To receive,
To expand.
Whatever blocks you may have in this area of love,
Let it go.
Let it go.
Allow yourself to rise above your circumstances,
Any scarcity in your beliefs,
Any past hurt and pain.
Transcend.
Rise above and glow from the inside out.
Now leave a few moments here in silence as you imagine the partnership that you are calling in.
What does it feel like?
How do you feel when you're around them?
How do you guys connect?
What do you like to do together?
What does this person bring out in you?
And who are you capable of being when you're loved and accepted just as you are?
Blissful love is possible for you.
All you have to do is fall into it and believe it.
A few more moments here just to solidify your meditation practice,
Collecting in all that positive,
Uplifting,
Expanding energy that you're going to take with you into the world throughout the rest of your day.
Take a deep,
Full breath in through the nose.
A gentle sigh,
Let that go.
Slowly come back to awareness here,
Touching your fingers to one another,
Awakening the body with a deeper breath,
And very gently opening your eyes.
