When your consciousness expands it opens you up to more creativity, abundance, wisdom and knowledge and can have a positive lasting effect on the way you view the world. The vocal is combined with deeply relaxing music by Russ Davey to create a powerful session that will help you make lasting and meaningful changes to your life. Welcome to this mindfulness meditation recording which has been designed to help you raise your consciousness and experience life with a new awareness.

The best place to listen is lying down on a bed or a couch at a time when you won't be disturbed,

And for full effect I recommend you listen through headphones.

Mindfulness techniques have been used for thousands of years and are proven to have many health benefits,

And listening to this recording regularly will help you to comfortably enter a state of being rather than doing and have an acceptance of the present moment with a sense of peace.

When you are truly present and in a state of being,

You will move beyond the ego-centered state and shift your consciousness to a higher perspective.

In this new state of consciousness,

You will experience life at a higher vibration and naturally become aligned with creativity and abundance.

This universal source of energy is always there,

Just waiting for you to tune in.

And so before we start,

I encourage you to stay with my voice during this meditation.

But if you find your mind wandering,

Do not worry.

Simply acknowledge the thought,

Without judgement,

And guide your awareness back to the area we are focusing on.

And if you do happen to fall into trance at any time,

This is also fine,

And you will still benefit from listening to the meditation session.

And so I want to begin by guiding your awareness through each part of your body,

And as you become aware of each area,

Notice any sensations,

Any tension or tightness,

Or warmth or coolness,

Without judgement.

Simply be,

Observe the sensations,

And remain in the present moment.

And so as the music begins to fade away,

You can close your eyes softly and make yourself comfortable,

And become aware now of the effect that gravity has on your body,

Drawing you down towards the bed.

Notice any sensations where your body makes contact with the bed,

And stay in the moment.

Now begin to focus on your breathing.

Follow the flow of air as you inhale,

And exhale.

Maybe you notice the air is cool,

Or maybe it's warm.

As you breathe in,

Feel the air flowing in through your nose or mouth,

To the back of your throat,

And gradually expand your lungs as they fill with air.

And as you breathe out,

Feel your body soften,

Releasing any tension.

Allow your body to feel more relaxed and more peaceful with each breath.

Enjoy the simplicity of this moment.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest and stomach with each breath.

And whenever you want to calm your mind,

Simply use your breathing to anchor yourself into the present moment.

And now I'd like you to open your imagination,

Your creative mind,

And just begin by imagining a beautiful blue light shining intensely around the tips of your toes.

A vibrant blue healing light.

And know that this light can seek out and clear away negative energy blocks in your aura and luminous energy field.

And as you encourage the blue light to surround your feet and ankles,

You notice its gentle warmth and energy as you become aware of any feelings or sensations in your toes.

Just focus on that now.

The soles of your feet,

Your heels,

And the tops of your feet.

And maybe you feel your ankles gently loosen and relax.

Relax.

And you become aware of this light gradually moving up around your calves and shins.

And up to your knees,

Your thighs and hips.

And as it surrounds the lower part of your body,

Notice any warmth or coolness or tightness.

Maybe you can feel the light becoming slightly warmer or more intense as it slowly moves up your body.

Now feel the light move up to surround your stomach and chest,

Your lower back,

Flowing into your upper back.

Be aware of any sensations there,

Without judgement.

Now feel the light move up to your shoulders and sense it flowing down your upper arms,

To your elbows and forearms,

And into your hands,

And all the way down to your fingertips and thumbs.

Maybe you notice that your hands are feeling more relaxed than ever now.

And now you can invite this pure cleansing light to move up to your throat,

Your neck and your head.

And maybe your jaw gently loosens and relaxes,

With your teeth slightly apart.

Just become aware of any tightness in your face,

Softening the muscles in your cheeks and around your eyes.

Now imagine this light around your forehead,

Dissolving away any tension or any negative thoughts or any energy blocks there.

Just focus on your head now and imagine this pure blue healing light clearing away any blocks,

Any tension or any tightness there.

So your mind becomes very still and quiet,

And you feel very centered in this moment.

You feel centered and balanced.

Now imagine this protective light all around your body,

Cleansing and purifying your aura and your luminous energy field.

Just allow the cleansing light to continue to purify your mind and your aura,

And draw away any negative energy.

Just take a moment now to observe any sensations in your whole body,

Letting go.

Letting go.

And as you naturally continue to raise your vibration and feel lighter,

I want you to imagine now that you are standing on a beautiful tranquil beach on a warm summer's night.

And there is a beautiful full moon up above you in the night sky.

You watch the reflection of the full moon,

Shining on the surface of the water,

As the calming waves gently lap to the shore.

You feel very safe and secure now,

As the moonlight illuminates the white sandy beach all around you.

And as you listen to the calming sound of the waves,

You feel a gentle warm breeze against your skin and notice the soft sand beneath your toes.

And you feel so good now,

As you look up to the stars in the beautiful indigo sky.

You notice the way that each star sparkles uniquely,

As its light passes through the atmosphere at the end of its journey to the earth.

And this light reminds you that all energy in the universe is intertwined and interconnected.

And you sense this is a magical healing place.

And in this blissful state of presence,

I want you to imagine that with each breath you take,

You are breathing in the energy of the universe.

In through your heart chakra,

In the middle of your chest.

And as you breathe out,

You breathe out love.

And so with each slowing breath,

Draw in healing energy of love and positivity from the universe.

And as you release each breath,

You feel love and peace.

And in this moment,

The purity of your soul is connecting with the universe.

Just connect with a feeling of love and peace.

And as you do this,

You sense a feeling of gratitude,

Immense gratitude.

And with a grateful loving heart,

You can simply rest in this moment.

As you feel connected and at peace with everything around you.

You feel a deep sense of inner peace.

And as you experience this subtle change in your awareness,

You can now feel connected with the infinite consciousness that shines from within all beings.

From each blade of grass,

To each planet,

To each star and to the universe itself.

Be aware of that infinite consciousness that's in everything.

The infinite consciousness that connects us all.

Just focus on that oneness now.

And you can feel a deep sense of love and compassion for all life.

For all the animals who live on this planet alongside us.

And for every human being,

Each one on their own journey.

Experiencing life at different levels of consciousness.

And this understanding and feeling of love,

Kindness and compassion will stay with you now.

Just continue to breathe through your heart chakra.

And feel your consciousness elevate to a higher perspective.

Almost as though you are looking at the world from above.

From a higher spiritual perspective.

Where you feel completely connected and at one with the universe.

Just stay with that now.

You feel connected to your higher self.

You feel connected to your higher self.

And your consciousness will awaken more and more to this eternal realm.

And your knowledge and understanding will grow.

And you will just know that everything is connected.

And that we are all one.

Just expressing consciousness in different ways.

And your awareness and vibration will continue to grow.

You are full of knowledge and wisdom.

You are full of knowledge and wisdom.

You understand your soul journey.

And now you are going to hear some special affirmations.

And you can repeat them as well if you like.

And when you hear these words,

Imagine they are part of your life.

Everything that you deserve.

Really feel that as you hear them.

And really connect with the affirmations as they wash over you.

I am connected to a higher consciousness.

My heart is full of love and compassion.

I am at one with the universe.

I love and respect myself.

I continue to raise my consciousness and awareness.

I continue to raise my consciousness and awareness.

And now you can drift away into a state of blissful presence.

And the gentle sounds will continue to wash over you.

And the subliminal suggestions embedded in the sounds will be absorbed into your consciousness.

And when you naturally wake up from this sleep,

You will feel completely refreshed and rejuvenated and have a deep sense of peace and well-being inside.

And at times your awareness will feel different as you continue to raise your consciousness and understanding.
