Her qualifications include an MSc in Psychology and a PhD in the metaphysical psychology of integral (pūrna) yoga. Her career history began at the age of 17 when she became a lead film actress in commercially successful international films. Captivated by spirituality in my early twenties, she entered intensive studies with a teacher in India for 5 dedicated years. Academia followed, and the life of a London-based journalist. Girija began teaching meditation and mindfulness in 2024.
