Today's practice is a short heart resonance practice.
To bring you into the energy of heart resonance and gratitude.
So just gently coming into stillness.
Bringing yourself into the present moment.
And I'm going to invite you to anchor in to the heart center.
And the invitation is to place a hand over your heart center.
And as you sit and breathe here in this present moment.
You bring your attention to your heart center.
Allowing any awarenesses that you have right now.
To just fall away as you bring your attention to your heart.
Using the heart center as an anchor point.
As a present moment anchor for you right now.
So wherever the mind wanders to,
Whatever the body brings to your awareness,
There is no right or wrong.
And each time just gently guiding the attention back to the heart.
So sitting with this heart space awareness right now.
And then we are going to bring in another layer to this practice.
We're going to bring in the breath.
And we are going to breathe in for the count of four.
And out for the count of six.
Keeping the awareness at the heart center.
Breathing in for the count of four and out for the count of six just doing this in your own time.
To deepen this practice,
You can breathe in and out of the heart center with those four,
Six breaths.
And then I would like to invite you to add a third layer of awareness of present moment awareness to this practice.
And as you breathe and focus on your heart center,
I want you to think about what you are grateful for.
This could be one thing that you really anchor in,
Could be anything big or small,
A person,
A plant.
An object,
A feeling,
Yourself.
Or as many things as you like.
So adding this in as our anchor point now,
Allowing that feeling of gratitude in your heart center as you focus on those feelings of what you are grateful for.
And remember each time your mind wanders off,
Bringing the attention back to the heart and back to those feelings of gratitude in your body.
And you can do this at any point,
Just anchor yourself back into a high frequency,
Back into that frequency of gratitude.
Which is that frequency of abundance,
The more we can amplify gratitude.
The more we shift,
The more we grow,
The more we attract.
So I hope you've enjoyed that practice today.
Just gently bringing your awareness.
Back into your body,
Back into the room,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
And when you are ready,
And only when you are ready,
Opening your eyes.
