Hello heart,

I lost you there for a while.

I've been battling an internal trial.

One that screams I should listen to my head,

The other screaming I should listen to my heart instead.

My heart is such a beautiful sweet soul,

But at the moment it's been left an empty hole.

Don't worry heart,

I know you're still there and I know you're the one to show deep care.

I'm listening once again my friend,

Leading and living with my head is coming to an end.

You are in the driver's seat now,

Through all these thoughts you can just plough.

Because feelings from deep inside my heart is where all ideas should truly start.

That's where the gold is,

The best of it all.

That's where your joy is if listening to the call.

Kindness is the goods,

The stuff life's made for.

It brings love in,

Followed by more and more.

Today I will ask,

What does my heart want now?

And I'll do everything to give it to it.

Kapow.

Heart I love you and welcome you in all parts of my heart.
