He shares Level 2, Acceptance - a crucial phase where one fully embraces the truth of non-duality and the absence of a separate self. It involves surrendering to this truth and letting go of any resistance or attachment to the egoic identity.

Hello everybody good to be with you as always. Today I want to talk to you about the full spectrum of awakening. When I say the full spectrum of awakening I'm really talking about four levels. And I don't mean like it's oh you got you we get to this level and then we're going to get together and we're going to work real hard and achieve the next one and all that. It's not an achievement. There's nobody who's going to achieve anything. The full spectrum of awakening it comes in it's four levels. The first one is recognition. The second one is acceptance. The third is clearing. What I call clearing what everybody else calls it they don't call it anything because they most often don't talk about it. And the fourth one is abidance. So the acceptance is coming to accept what you have just seen because it will not be believed. Because what happens is this you get a glimpse and it's like oh wow how about that and then the next moment it's going to be no that can't be it. That can't be it. What am I thinking? And we walk right past that glimpse and there was an opportunity there for further awakening. But it had to be there you had to be ready so to speak whether it was for me or you know just the natural way of things the way it usually is. There would but you're somehow ready to accept what you've just seen. You're ready not to reject the truth because basically what is happening in around this planet and as we see it I mean none of this is none of this is especially real. It's real but you know it's as real as anything else but it doesn't mean it's really really real. But your experience will have usually been sweet. The unveiling of truth it can be terrifying but it's usually really sweet and the terrifying will not happen. I mean I've never had anybody go to terror from after being with me. I have had people that have that have had experiences of terror and but they were short-lived. I don't know anybody that stayed there and I had no no client of mine no student of mine has ever sold their home and moved you know given away all their belongings and moved to India and went gone and live on a mountain cave. It just hasn't happened. What we want to see is that the lack of acceptance is what will throw you because what you will do what you will report is you will report I lost it. See I had it but who's talking when you say I lost it. Well that's fredness. I say fredness because there's no fred. There are these patterns they are they're they are identifiable and repetitive. Now we call them fred and it looks like this and sounds like this and uh and it you know and it does videos on youtube but there's no fred davis at the heart of that. It's just patterns that are working um they're just work they're working together but and I'm very good with helping you with step two which is acceptance too because I will put it to you to where it it becomes unmissable. Recognition becomes virtually unmissable here and acceptance at least you know my short acceptance will typically happen here and long-term acceptance happens through this method as well. Recognition to an extraordinary degree I can encourage acceptance at least during awake in the awakening session and usually it will last sometime thereafter but it won't. I tell everybody you're going to have to pursue this awakening or it is going to disappear and and almost nobody believes me or they believe yes he's right and I'm the exception. I will pursue it in my own way and what you will do is you will fail to pursue it. Your way doesn't work hasn't the hasn't the decades of your seeking shown you that the living method does work but it doesn't have to be the living method. Other people are very good at at helping people and encouraging people um there are not a lot of people that can tell you you know uh send me an email uh today and I'll get back with you by the evening and we'll set up an appointment and I'll wake you up at one o'clock next Thursday. Not a lot of people doing that and I've been doing that for 12 years so there is something happening here that does work and it's not like anything else that you know of. So acceptance is something that you just have to work at because I don't know of anybody I'm not saying that it didn't hasn't happened I'm just saying that I don't know of anybody who has woken up accepted this and cleared on their own and found abidance. Now it sounds like some of the Indian gurus do have and it may be that some of the American teachers have I don't know but I've been around quite a bit in the last dozen years and uh I have never witnessed it and I have with a with a student and I have never heard a non-dual teacher that was face to face with me give me that story.
