What if creating a life you love has less to do with adding more?
And more to do with becoming really clear about what matters to you.
That's at the heart of what I teach.
I use minimalism,
Organizing,
And the practice of letting go as tools to help you create more space in your head,
Heart,
And home.
For the life you want to live.
And when I say minimalism,
Let me be clear.
I don't mean owning as little as possible or getting rid of everything you don't use every day.
I mean learning to choose.
What matters most to you?
What do you want more of in your life?
What deserves your time,
Your energy,
Your attention,
And your space?
And what doesn't?
That sounds simple,
But choosing can be really difficult because letting go isn't always about the thing itself.
We attach meaning to things,
A memory,
A person,
A time in our life,
An expectation,
Sometimes even a sense of who we thought we were or who we thought we were supposed to be.
And when all of that gets wrapped up in a decision,
It can be hard to see the decision clearly.
That's why learning to let go means learning to step back from the emotion long enough to ask yourself some honest questions.
Why am I keeping this?
Does this still matter to me?
Does it support the life I want to live?
Because when you let go of what no longer matters,
Create space for what does.
And that is what I want to teach you.
That you get to choose.
You get to decide what deserves a place in your mental,
Physical,
And emotional space.
And the more you practice making those choices,
The more confident you become in creating a life that feels like your own,
Not a perfect life.
Your life.
This I know for sure and what I hope to instill in what I teach.
You're the architect of your life.
You have the power to choose the contents.
The thoughts,
Things,
And people that will make it a life you love.
